Sandwich was ready early. Normally my sandwich is great. This time, my online to go order wasn't even the correct sandwich. If it was the right meat, it was missing all the customizations. There was mayo on it, which I react to so it's not on my saved order. Spent the night puking and had to throw the rest of the sandwich away. Hopefully this is a one time issue.

9/17/23 16th and 4th Ave. As we walked in there was one other customer sitting at a table. The team working we’re all in the back fooling around. The seating area was filthy, tables weren’t wiped down, floor was filthy. Trash can was disgusting. We cleaned a table off so we could sit. The music playing was vulgar. Their uniform shirts were disgusting can tell they just wipe their hands on them instead of using a cloth. The employees friends showed up and it became a hang out for them. I’m not one to write reviews but I have to on this one. The whole time we ate it just got to me.

$16.00 is too much for a sandwich. Then they want a tip. I won't return. $16.00 is too much for a sandwich. I got a Philly Cheese Steak. It was mediocre. If it cost $8.00 I would return. It tastes like an $8.00 sandwich. Did I mention $16.00 is too much for a sandwich? Sorry, this is just a bad value.

Stopped on the way to San Diego for quick lunch. We split a large Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was all we could do to eat it. A lot of sandwich service was good and the restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Only thing I found was dirty was the front door handle. Overall a great food establishment.
