Didn't give us our sauces and drinks had no ice :( We went through the Drive Thru and ordered a Box Combo and Sandwich combo. They asked us if we wanted any extra sauces and we asked for ketchup and extra cane sauce. They didnt give us any ketchup, and only gave us the 1 cane sauce that came with the Box Combo (Our receipt showed our 2 ketchup request). Also, our drinks had no ice in them at all so the soda was pretty much room temperature. Very disappointing. The food was good and our 2 combos came out to $25. They gave our pug a couple dog treats which was nice. Friendly service but disappointing to eat really salty fries without any ketchup :(.

Idk lately raising canes has been messing up my orders each time. No fries one time, different food than what I ordered, the other time was double charged, they give me wrong drinks too that don’t not go for my order and now I asked for sauce on the side I get no sauce. Wait time are horrible too.
