The staff are friendly and welcoming. We often get their smoothies, and they’re absolutely excellent!

I can't eat here anymore. When Freshii first opened, Freshii seemed like such a great healthy alternative. The last 4 times I have eaten there, including today, my experience has not been good. I don't know if it's the sauce or the combination of ingredients it has been 3 hours since I ate & I still feel sick & disgusted.

There’s something about Freshii’s food that just feels energizing. That wrap always looks as it is packed with flavor and nutrients exactly the kind of balance I love. Freshii really gets it right every single time.

I had the pleasure of being served by Arnav Khanna the other day, and it was a fantastic experience. He was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. He took the time to make sure all the ingredients in my burrito were exactly how I wanted them. Great service like this makes all the difference — thank you, Arnav!

Been going here for years but the service is always inconsistent as well as food portions. Today my burrito seemed thinner than normal. The cashier was lovely. I didn’t say anything and I tipped well. Once I got home I realized it was folded in the middle upon rolling it up, to account for it being half full. Additionally the contents were not distributed properly or at all. The ingredients were almost stacked from one end to the other with all the sauce on one end with some rice and all the other toppings on the other end. I couldn’t even finish it because the one end was just soggy tortilla and sauce. I don’t mind paying $18 for a burrito when it’s made properly but this was not worth even the gas to get there. These problems trickle down from gaps at the top and blaming specific employees over a pattern of service failure is not the solution. Every time I go in, I can see the bad energy and I feel bad for the employees who have somebody watching over their shoulder with their arms crossed every time. The owner or store manager needs to address their management and training approach and ask why they keep getting the same negative feedback and how to properly address it. Watch this get their generic copy paste response from the owner saying they want to hear more and to email them. You can see my feedback here. I will not be emailing you. Please just do better and treat your employees better.
