I had an amazing time here! I've come here on two occasions, both being birthdays, and the service was incredible both times. We got the longevity noodle and the staff members were all incredibly kind and helpful

Used to be good, but the service has gone downhill. I’m a Silver Member and I frequent this Haidilao. As a Silver Member, one of the perks is occasionally getting to try new appetizers, but the last three times I’ve been here, nothing. They don’t even acknowledge my membership status anymore. Meanwhile, the table next to us, who were Chinese-speaking and had the same membership tier, received special service. How is this fair? I asked the server about it, but she was clueless, said she has no idea what we were talking about.

Such a fun spot to go with friends! The staff get everyone involved and put on dancing and mask shows that make it extra entertaining. My first hot pot experience and it did not disappoint!
