We visited OLOVE Greek Kitchen first time on March 29 2024. This is my first time visiting a Greek Restaurant where they serve French fries instead of Greek potatoes. Food portion is small relative to the menu pricing. Maybe we are spoiled by other Greek restaurants in Metro Vancouver. We do not recommend this place if you are truly looking for authentic Greek dishes.

Hidden gem in North Burnaby, with a nice cozy atmosphere and friendly staff! We ordered the dips to start and liked tasting the differences among them. For the mains we had the roasted chicken and moussaka which we enjoyed. Finished off with fig ice cream which was refreshing.

Good Greek food. Friendly owner. The desserts were so-so but the main entrees were good. Chicken souvlaki was cooked well. Most places dry out the chicken. The lamb shoulder was moist but didn’t have that crispy crust that some other places have. The flavours were great. Cool ambiance with the blue lights. We’d come back to try more dishes.

In other Greeks, dinner comes with some pita bread, baked potatoes, and greek salad. Here didn’t come with any of these, 9but french fries instead…Atmosphere is ok. Service could be better. I don't think my ten friends and I will be back anymore, sorry!

The most delicious Greek food we’ve ever had hands down.
You can rarely find a restaurant that has it all!Don't even know where to start ? every single item we ordered was absolutely amazing. Everything was freshly made and flavorful.We ordered the prawn souvlaki, the half chicken, Goddess bowl and marinated olives. The prawns were the best I've ever had; juicy and perfectly sautéed. The half chicken had a delicious crispy skin and the Goddess salad had so many flavors.I ordered a cocktail that was delicious but not my taste. The staff were so hospitable, friendly, funny and sweet. They removed it from the bill when they saw I had very little of my drink which was very kind. Such a memorable experience and great first impression. Definitely bringing more friends and family back. Thank you!
We had calamari, tirokafteri, sykon hummus, melitzanosalata and dio souvlakia with one lamb and a chicken skewer. The calamari could be softer, and I’d prefer salad instead of fries with the souvlaki. Sykon hummus is must try, incredible taste! The service was awesome. We were told that the wine we wanted wasn’t available, then the owner said that they have it actually, they gave us a complimentary glass of that wine which was so kind of them. At the end of the meal the owner (I assume he is the owner, such a great guy) brought us ouzo shots and drank with us, it was such a nice touch to the night! We love it here.

Went with my wife and our son and daughter-in-law and grandson. It was a really enjoyable meal. Restaurant was warm and inviting and our service was excellent. I wish I'd taken a photo of the home-made pomegranate ice cream. It looked as good as it tasted. Highly recommend this
