My kids really enjoy the playplace but personally I find it lacklustre. The real issue I have is last night I went there with my boys and ordered them nugget happy meals and i ordered a nugget combo for myself. All 3 of us received undercooked nuggets with several being completely raw in the middle. When shown to the employees, I told them i wanted new ones because they were raw. They agreed to make new ones but I didnt even receive so much as an apology. Raw chicken is dangerous and can be lethal, especially to kids. They acted like it happens all the time. Completely unacceptable. Looking at older reviews, it appears this has happened before at this location. A health inspector needs to make a visit here ASAP. We will not be back.

When ordering repeat yourself and re confirm your order. They don’t seem to listen what you are ordering.Specifically told them no back bacon on the egg mc muffin and they put it anyways.

I was charged for one paper bag even though one is included in the cost of the takeaway.
I asked for 2 kids hamburg packs with nothing but bun and pattie because they were for my dogs. I got home only to find out there was onions on them which is very dangerous for dogs. Won't go back there

I ordered a decaf coffee. I asked the girl how long they have brew the coffee and she say like at five in the morning and I ordered the coffee at 8:30. I told her that coffee is no good and she goes no still good. I told her the coffee had to be brew every two hours, and they still serve the coffee like that They didn’t offer me to wait for a fresh pot
