Bad experience

Ordered 2 iced capps through Skip. Wrong order received. Got a partial refund ordered again. They were melted. I believe it was my original order left on the counter and was sent a hour later. partial refund again. I deleted the app and refuse to buy from Tims again. Do not visit this location.

The reason i've given this timhortons such a low review is because of my experience.Last year, my review would have been higher, but this year, it's gone really low because of how I was treated and how somebody else was treated.I went into Tim Hortons in the morning. I was dressed respectfully, clean, and not unkempt. I greeted the cashier with a friendly good morning.When I walked in, I went up to the counter to give my order. And there was a homeless man beside me, and I asked him if he would like a coffee and a donut.He was respectful to me and said yes, that would be nice. Thank you.So I turned to the cashier and I told her I would like a donut.And a coffee for myself and one for this  man.She said the manager told her  that he's not supposed to be in here and we won't serve him. And i'm not going to serve you!!  I said, "What do you mean?You're not going to serve me??She replied : If you buy him something, we are not serving you, and I would have to leave! I told him to go outside and I told him I was going to get him something but she refused even after he was outside.I said, " I beg your pardon not going to serve me?"Look, I said I just walked in here, went to the showcase, and then went up to the counter to order something to eat. What do you think i'm homeless?Then this respectable looking man in the corner. Overheard the conversation  and, with a loud voice, said, "What is going on here?" I've been watching you guys, and WHY are you treating this woman and this homeless man SO BAD. This is terrible. He says i'm calling headquarters."As soon as they heard that he was on the phone with the corporation, they treated me so well.The cashier said to me, "What would you like?I gave my order, paid for it, and said DONT EVER TREAT ME LIKE THAT AGAIN..I was calm." I never swore nor caused any problems. ALL I WANTED WAS A COFFEE AND Donut. And just because I wanted to buy a coffee and a donut for a homeless person, they were trying to deny me.As I stood  waiting for my order, there were 2 young homeless girls sitting at a table, and one whispers to me.They treat us terrible things here.I went outside, and I gave the homeless man the coffee and the donut, and the two young homeless girls came out and talked to me.The one says I'm homeless, but I'm not into drugs.I don't do drugs, but they think I do.She said one day she went in there and bought something to eat.they took her order, and one of the cashiers threw the change on the floor and made her pick it up.I understand if there have been rowdy people inside there. But to tell me, i was not to buy a homeless person any food, and if I did, they would not take my order, which is totally wrong.They seem to paint ALL homeless with the same paint brush.I've been talking to some about their experience in there and how they were treated even when they were respectful.And never caused any problems, and they were denied eitdenied even going in there. Maybe they don't have to give a reason however Treat everybody the way you need to be treated.You don't go throwing money on the floor just because you're homeless and tell them to pick it up. If somebody did that to me, I would demand that they pick it up. That's like treating a person like an animal. And they have absolutely no right to tell anyone that they can't buy someone homeless a meal.This place is so filthy.There are still coffee spills from a year ago on the walls!! If I go to my photo gallery, i might find the day i took the photo.I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years.I have cleaned offices. I've worked with restaurants such as dishwasher.Short ordered cook.Waitress waitressing and have cleaned many restaurant establishments.This is such a filthy place.It should be renovated.The bathrooms are always dirty.The walls are dirty.When I pointed out the filth on the walso last year, they told me that they would have someone clean it, but they never did. Generally a good Tim Hortons Location. Service is always friendly. The only downside is that sometimes they are slow to clean up garbage around the exterior of the location. It makes it unwelcoming when you pull into the parking area and see garbage all over. It is not common but more times than should be acceptable by management.

Was here on 03/07 evening the store was empty no customer n 5 employees busy talking amongst themself. Had to ask to help n while taking order as the employees talk was important n had to repeat what I wanted employee were fighting amongst them self in their language person name Chan help n a girl behind him was so rude she started yelling we were busy . Zero customer service entire team needs training.. probable never gonna visit this location again I wish I could give zero star

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Went in to buy a coffee before work and stood for over 10min with no service just to see another customer walk in and the staff was quick to serve them… when I asked why I was not being served the staff mumbling to each other in a foreign language then replied to me they refused to serve me and the guy standing behind me….. I came back a few minutes later and asked to speak to the manager. .. I live in Surrey and work in cloverdale… been coming to this location for a couple weeks to buy my morning coffee. There was no reason to deny me service… I’ve never been rude to the staff or given any reason for them to act this way. I will not be going back to this location to purchase anything as the staff including the manager are extremely rude and seem to discriminate anyone they don’t like the look of. Plus talking to each other and giggling like little kids in their language is degrading. (While in the store another person came in and was listening to what was going on, they then stated this location was bad for discriminating against customers… they then also left without buying anything as they were also disgusted by the way the employees acted.

Staff are friendly to normal people but overly rude to homeless. Mens bathroom is trashy broken lock can't close door trash on floors piss on floors and seat .

Such a bad experience i had last night in this tim hortons. I ordered french vanilla coffe it was sooo sweet alot of sugar in itt too much . I not like this tim hortons . I also order a wrap it was good flavourfull but the coffe was not in fruitful result .

Asked for knife and spoon for my soup and she said it was in the bag, didn’t want to double check in front of her and take her word. So I just drove off.Soup did not come with any cutlery, no bread or butter either. I’m not going to drive all the way back there and ask for it, instead writing this.She was in the drive thru at 12:40pm December 26.

My work truck doesn't fit thru the drive thru so I'm forced to go in a see the disfunction. There could be 5 or 6 staff but only 1 person running the front. My husband gets milk in his coffee so half the time My comes with milk even tho I order cream. Then they hand me w coffees without writing on the lid, when I get frustrated they act like what's wrong with me.. customer is never right anymore
