Sweet potato fries, it should be salty-sweet, crunchy on the edges, and golden perfection. Munch. Yum. Munch. Yum.But this is not the case with my experience with Chico Chicken on Lansdowne, Coquitlam. At first glance, the fries were chocolate reddish brown with burnt undertone. As I pour it onto a plate, 30 percent of it were odds and ends of the original cut. At first bite, there were no salty-sweetness but was greeted with bitterness and a lingering foul odor in the mouth. The horror. The horror.If that was not bad enough, the franchisee refused to take responsibility and thinks there's nothing wrong with it.

I would never go back to this location. I always go to the market crossing location.I thought all the branches were the same.The smell and taste of burned oil won't let you realize what you are eating. I don't think they have ever changed the oil.

Honestly these guys are the king of fried chicken!! Try all sauses. Especially the soy.Everything made fresh to order and great customer service!We always get 2 kinds of chicken. One soy, and one plain. With all the sauses on the side to try them all. We would often do take out and bring to the park in summer. 10/10 would recommend!
Their cashiers were friendly and chicken is so crispy. I am a big fan of their Yangyeom.

Placed a Fantuan order at 10:43am, 17minutes before they open. They had the food ready by 11:30ish, and ended up giving it to someone else who walked in instead of my driver. It's 12:50pm now when Fantuan cancelled my order and I had to place another order which will take another hour to get here. I'm sorry, but that's pretty ridiculous. Got that order within 15minutes, but I got one reasonably warm chicken and another cold fries and chicken.

Whoa, I am Korean and LOVE K-fried chicken and this place I would say one of the best K-chicken in the greater vancouver area. Excellent job!! So crispy outside and juicy inside. Some side note… It would be nice to get the complimentary picked reddish or the yangnyeom sauce with the original order. ?

Good food but don’t try to click on website and order online. It will redirect you to doordash with jacked up prices. Even if it’s a pick-up order, the pricing is way higher online due to being redirected to doordash. I suggest just calling in your orders.

Food was great and plenty of servings. They do however, need to add more table for dine in. Nonetheless, staff are pleasant and helpful. Would buy Korean chicken here again.

Friendly staff and the wait isn't too long. You can order delivery, pickup or dine in. Small place but a couple seats. Bus stops at walking distance and further away but still walkable from the skytrain station. A few different flavours and all tastes great! Portion is extremely small we were so surprised. Usually order half and half is enough for 3 if I go to b.b.q chicken (I might order fries at most) but here we ordered half and half and another flavour and still ended up going to a Japanese restaurant after because we were hungry.
