What a fantastic surprise to come across Atlas. That compliment also reflects on Yelp users doing such a great job! Atlas' setting was quaint and high class at the same time. The staff were very generous with positive attitude, suggestions, and patience. The menu was vast which worried me at first but with the three different dinner choices we made, all of them were extremely well done. I only have two critiques; an old fashion shouldn't have tequila in it and the portions were slightly small (order an appetizer to make up for it) If you're in the area and want good quality, healthy, & clean food. Dropping into Atlas is a must.

Wow! We had the vegan enchiladas absolutely delicious and so flavorful! Please please check this place out if you’re vegan you won’t be disappointed especially with the enchiladas! Please offer and make more vegan food because you guys are so good at it!

Was a recommendation to us and we were unsure but willing to try new things. We ordered their steak for dinner and was not disappointed. The steak was a good size not some small thing posing as an 8oz. And the flavors were amazing!!! The portions were a good size as well.Would most definitely recommend Atlas to all.I would say this was one of the most amazing experiences I have had in a restaurant!

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes and beautiful presentation. I recommend to everyone! We would like to come back here again and again, specially because the waiter William, in addition to being friendly, gave us the best recommendations. We ate dishes that we would not nave ordered without his recommendations. Also it is kids friendly, the kids menu is well varied.

Doesn't grab you much from that outside but a great yummy spot in Courtney to get a good meal and date night

Good food and good service. The portionw were decent and the quality of food was good. The carbonara was packed with different toppings the claims were perfectly seasoned and the chocolate mousse was decadent

We got here just before the crowd and was able to get a table in an impressively engineered and earthquake proof patio. The food was good and hit the spot. But because the server did not get one of our orders correctly, we did not have a complete order to start. We would have gladly come back for breakfast the next day, but they were closed.

The four of us all had delicious meals and service here. The menu items include high-class foods, yet they are also reasonably priced. We ate outside in the back under a window surrounded by plants. Our server had a unique and friendly attitude. She called us “teammates”. Would 10/10 recommend this place. ✅

Atlas is delicious and great for small gatherings. The staff is very friendly and there is a diverse food selection!

Dropped into the Atlas Cafe for lunch whilst visiting Courtenay. It's a great little place, cool vibe and friendly staff. The menu is great too. Great options and selections for vegans and vegetarians - whuch was perfect for me. I had a really tasty smoothie and the most fabulous Buddha Bowl. Highly recommended.

We ended up eating here two evenings in a row on our visit to the valley. Lovely fresh food, healthy, tasty, and friendly staff.

Very delicious. An interesting menu, the baked burritos were quite good. Had the squash and goat cheese and it was a lovely medley of flavors.

Good vegan options and nice atmosphere. Nothing that blows your mind, but the food is solid. I got the veggie burger with miso side salad (4.5/5) and I found the burger bun to be perfectly toasted, which to me is the crucial part of a good burger. The burger patty was reminiscent of falafel, though it was still quite tasty and wasn't mushy at all. The side salad was pretty good too as the miso dressing was flavourful and there was a good amount of dressing, something which I personally prefer.

The food was delicious, but we were not impressed with the service. We came for a late lunch at 2pm and sat for over 20 minutes without any one coming by. The hostess sat us in the section to the right of the door, one of 4 tables. We were in a corner table for 2, next to a middle table of 4. The other 2 corners of the section had 2 other tables of 2.We watched the wait staff go back and forth between those 3 tables several times during those 20+ minutes, and she glanced at our table multiple times, but did not come over to introduce herself until 20+ minutes later. She apologized and apparently "didn't see you guys in corner".I find that hard to believe because it's a pretty open concept room and she had to walk right past us to even get into that section. Not to mention to walk out of the section she'd have to turn around and be facing the exit, which we were seated right beside. I guess our dark hair, must have camouflaged us against the table, chair, and wall. The military could learn from us.

Great food. Great service. Our party of 4 had a variety of dishes. Burgers, bowls and enchiladas. All were good. The place was full but the food came in a reasonable time. I had a southwest bowl with pulled pork which was really good. It’s a popular place so go before or after the dinner rush to avoid waiting.
