Saturday evening at Bisque was a delight. Welcoming, nice simple decor, relaxing old favourites played softly including jazz standards set the atmosphere. We ordered seafood linguine and the dish arrived crowded with clams in their shells, scallops and shrimp in a light and delicious Asiago sauce. The other dinner was crab ravioli, a generous portion topped with more crab meat. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine and steered us to a better selection reflecting our sea food choices.

The chef at Bisque has outdone himself. Tonight I ate the best red snapper I’ve ever eaten. Cooked to perfection and the light sauce went perfectly with it. I have eaten all over the world and this was by far the best I’ve ever been served.

Best meal we’ve had in a long time. Large portions, reasonably priced. We had the Brie, Seafood Linguine and Snapper & Prawn special. All excellent. Highly Recommend!

The ambiance is nothing. Zero points and too many homeless addicts nearby. The service was very friendly and excellent. The food in general was good. But the Hunter Schnitzel is absolutely the bomb. Juicy tender pork with a perfect crispy tasting coating with a very tasty sauce. So good

This restaurant is hands down some of the best food in all of the Comox Valley! In our opinion, the only other eatery around here, besides this place, worth going to is the kingfisher. Everything we tried was excellent, portion sizes were good, lots of local and fresh ingredients (not like most other places that serve premade sisco food) and the service was great… what a gem this place is… Sending huge kudos to the chef and his wife, job well done. We will be back regularly for sure! Can’t say enough about this place!

After reading other reviews, I was expecting more.I had the special, which was the lamb, and it was just ok.I should have asked the price because it was definitely not worth what they charged. Another plate on our table was the seafood pasta. Too much cream for my liking. Pasta doesn't need lots of cream to make it good. Especially with seafood. We did make a reservation, and it sounded like they were full at the time of the reservation. When we arrived, only one other table being served. A few others came in right after us. Only one server (Saturday night) so I can appreciate them being restrictive on what they can handle. With todays staffing shortages things are tough on places. Sever was polite and food arrived at a reasonable time, so no complaints there.

Went for dinner with my spouse for an early V-Day treat and we were greeted by the loveliest lady (owner). We had an incredible dinner, the atmosphere was perfect and the price was a shocker since we expected almost double! We will be taking family and friends there in the future for sure! Thank you so much to the lovely couple running the show! You’re doing a fantastic job, and thanks for taking our picture!

Amazing seafood…. fresh and with the chef’s passion of cooking. If you want a romantic dinner for two or four, you will have the best made meal ever!!!! We had fresh clams in a white wine sauce to start and I had the crusted lamb and my husband had the red snapper. All to die for!!! Make a reservation because they’re not open for many hours but I’m telling you this place is worth it!! Only one chef so no large reservations over 6. You get 100% of his passionate skills. Highly recommended.
