Took us ten minutes to order because there was a lack of "communication" with the counter associate. I was looking at my watch. He had us repeat our order numerous times because he kept getting confused on what we wanted. Couldn't quite seem to get it right. Ended up getting our order incorrect. Didn't offer to fix or anything. Frustrating to spend a lot of time and money and still get our order wrong. Food was tasty though

I ordered 4 burgers and went over the order with them very carefully. They made 3 of the 4 burgers completely wrong. I then went back to get the correct order and received 1 of the 3 incorrect. The customer service was non-existent and I was met with zero apologies. I truly hope that they improve from this.

Merry Christmas Fatburger Team,my Girlfriend and i we are really big fans of your wings! So we decided on the 25. December to have your wings. The sign on your door said your open till 7 pm this day.We arrived at 6 pm unfortunately the guy who already cleaned the floor said we are only open till six. I showed him the sign on his door and he only said oh i didn’t knew that…. If you are not open till 7 pm don’t write it on your door.

I only discovered Fatburger last month in Campbell River and, so far, it's been pretty consistently a top notch hamburger. This location is called "Express" so it's small and cramped with uncomfortable seating but both the service and food lived up to my previous experiences. The burger was cooked to order, juicy AF, and well-seasoned, topped with the perfect amount of melted cheese, fresh crunchy lettuce, sweet tomato, and delicious pickles. All in all it's one of the best burgers on the market.

This was the most expensive fast food I've encountered. I want to put this in perspective. $30 for a takeout burger, sweet potato fries and milkshake is TWICE the amount charged by 2 nearby competitors. The burger was ok, but not particularly memorable. A canned mushroom is still a canned mushroom. Processed cheese is processed cheese. The dip for the yam fries seemed to be loaded with both sugar and some kind of gritty chipotle seasoning that was off-putting. The milkshake was lovely, and made with actual ice cream. This is something they are doing well. The server at the counter was pleasant, too. However...the option to leave a significant % gratuity completing payment using the debit terminal surprised me as much as the Fat Tip and Skinny tip jar on the counter.Maybe personable service would be worth more if I dined in, but I'm questioning the value. It was an average burger, not a striploin. For $30, I'll go find a steak next time.

We went to fatburger today for the first time and the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The two men who served us were very amazing and polite. The service can be improve by reducing wait times other than that it was a great

Fatburger is a superior burger, always hot and fresh. Double fat cheese with bacon is my favorite. Fries, onion rings, chicken wings, or fingers are all excellent. I have been to many Fatburger locations and always get a consistent product. Compares equally or better than the other premium burger restaurants like 5 Guys and Smashburger. Would highly recommend and will return.

Seems a bit weird that the cashier is also the cook, but the food is fine. Atmosphere is very dry and unappealing.

Burgers are awesome. Hardy, meaty, full of toppings. The staff is friendly. Fair price for kids meal, portions are decent size.. It replaced our old regular dinner spot Triple O's. Gluten free options are nice if you need that.

I tried out fatburger and was very disappointed when it comes to hamburgers this is not the place to go if you want one. This place joins White Spot for a terrible hamburger. Definitely the flaour town train won't be stopping here. I am certain that I won't be back.

I went back and I am glad I did. Everything is very delicious and the wings (traditional) sweet chili teriyaki is amazing. Even tasted great next day as leftovers.

Burgers were great! But the onion rings were the worst I've ever had from a restaurant! Could only eat one when we got home with the take-out! Disgusting and ended up throwing them in the trash! My advice is they should probably taste their product!!

Could use a bell at front counter so that when they are working in the back they know your ready to order. No onion rings for my ultimate BBQ burger or to have as a side.Shakes were excellent and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. Enjoyable experience over all.

Delicious burger, like, very friggin good. Average fries. Only complaint is I wished the menu in the restaurant was easier to navigate and more simple on the eyes and brain cuz I didn't see they had a curly fry option before I placed my order. Will be going back. Often
