Yeah, I agree with some of the other reviews on this place. Food is adequate but there is a weird atmosphere. We went late like 8:45 ordered for two a nice array, and couple of drinks. The food was literally tossed on our table along with the bill. My date was really angry. The clanging of dishes and loud talking in the kitchen really ruined the night. Won't go back, I suggest going across the street to the little Ladner Sushi. They are very accommodating and the food is good we hung out and chatted with the owner for an hour or more one night.

The service was great! Staff were very friendly and we're super kid friendly. We had a reservation with 2 kids and they had kid friendly chopsticks ready. They also came back multiple times offering different colouring pages, kid friendly plates/bowls and even ended the night with a treasure trove of toys to choose from. Food was delicious and fresh. Salamshi plate was generous and cheaply priced.

We visited this restaurant in Ladner as we were craving some Japanese dishes and google did recommend Sapporo Kitchen. One thing we looked at first before choosing which place to eat was that it has desserts to save time as our time is short. I was so happy to see they have Mario's gelato on their menu since the restaurant I usually order from doesn't serve them anymore. During this visit, we had; Chicken Katsu Curry $24 Wagyu Oshi Sushi $21 The Greens $14 Prawn Tempura $16 Cappuccino Gelato $6 Green Tea Gelato $5 The chicken curry was delicious and crispy, with a significant amount of curry sauce; we both loved the wagyu Oshi sushi, and we thought it was pretty pricy, but after tasting it, I was satisfied. The prawn tempura was okay, not so oily, and the green salad was not a favourite, the same sauce as other restaurants. Lastly, I enjoyed Marios Gelato ice cream's perfect dessert and treat, as I love ice cream, and this brand has always been a favourite for its creamy and not-so-sweet taste. Oops, it looks like I'm talking much about the gelato. Anyways, Sapporo has a fantastic menu to choose from, and they do have Mario's gelato. Highly Recommend visiting when you're in Ladner.

Delicious ramen!! Thick & rich without being overly salty. Service was very quick (we just had 2 bowls of ramen). Tonkotsu ramen & miso ramen, and each comes with a side.“The soup was a symphony” -my fiancé, who is very excited about his leftovers.

Salmon oshi is amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had.Missing one miso soup and the dipping source of the tempura. It wasn’t to crazy busy when we picked up the order. Called back and they marked for credit for next visit. Well, will come back but kind of lost trust. Will definitely double check the order before leaving in the future.

Fantastic food all around! We ordered bento boxes, special rolls, and Yaki soba. We were very satisfied with everything. Staff is very attentive and service was quick (we went around noon on the weekend). This was our first time back since before the pandemic and we are so happy the quality of food is just as good as prior.

I definitely enjoyed the food here lots. It is definitely on the pricier side but it's delicious. Their combo dinners are very interesting and it's my go to ! The service is really good. And I love when a good tea is on the house ! Also, very quick and good service! Cute location and atmosphere.

Sapporo Kitchen is my favourite local sushi place. The dine-in experience here has always been top-notch and the quality of food beats out the local competition! I love the recent change to their menu layout. My group was split between what we ordered at Sapporo; I live for the rolls and Nigri, my friends for bowls and fried food. Sapporo has high quality food that satisfied all of our tastes and bellies (which is a challenge since we were 3 large dudes!).I will be back here, over and over again. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our family's new found favorite Japanese resto! We drive all the way from Vancouver to Ladner just to eat in here. Their agiri are really awesome. The yakisoba is so good and not oily unlike in others. Two things that we don't like here are the japanese curry and ramen.

Food is always good but I am disappointed to see some of the popular special rolls are gone, particularly the Avenger roll. I hope you will bring it back because to us, it is the main selling point. It makes your menu stand out compared to other restaurants. Other friends/ family we have dined with at your restaurant have always commented on how good the Avenger roll is. Your tempura is always good (even for take out) and there is a good selection of food items on the menu. Sapporo Kitchen is a great addition to Ladner.

The food was simply terrific. Came here on a friend's recommendation and was certainly wise to have done so. We will definitely be back here again!

lovely place to have lunch at. the atmosphere is amazing and the servers are so sweet and welcoming. the food is quite good; while im not a big fan of their ramen, their teriyaki, tempura, and curry is so. freaking. tasty. my family and i come here quite often and i totally recommend it. do note that it is a bit on the pricier side, but the food is worth it.

Really good sushi. Only complaint is too much a la carte and not enough combos to order from on the menu.

Been here a few times and each time it was a pleasant experience. Our group usually order either their Sapporo or Nigiri set. Great portion, tasty, clean restaurant and friendly staffs. Ample parking available near by.
