I am sitting at a worst starbucks store. There's no clean table. The staff doesn't even have the spray to clean the tables. The garbage bina are full to the extreme. I don't know what to expect from the food k am going to get. Pathetic...

The staff of this store is really very bad. I went at this store on Jan 6 evening and asked for water from them. Two girls were working there who very rude. I waited for about 8 mins and asked twice for water. However, they did not give me water. I felt very disappointed at that time because I never experienced anything like this from other stores of Starbucks. They igonerd me badly. Really too disappointing as they could not give a cup of water to me.

I went to get a drink which costed me 10 bucks she gave it to me with a lid which starbucks baristas never do, and directed me to the table to put it on myself and there were no appropriate lids and my drink fell while trying to put a lid on. So embarrassing and disappointing whats the point of working if you can not put a lid on a cup !!

Fairly similar with other SBs. However, todays experience was disappointing as my $7 dollar matcha green tea oat latte was luke warm at best. Likely bc baristas rushing trying to keep up with demand.The only other two suggestions I have: 1. Is it possible to create a designated waiting area for all those waiting to collect their drinks? People congested the pick up and aisle area, essentially leaving ppl swimming their way around to grab their drinks or to try to get to the till. Its too chaotic. 2 in this techie Era, could we not implement a system that notifies ppl when their drink is being made vs having baristas shout out names and either is drowned in the noisy sea of consumers, or they don't know how to properly pronounce it either. It's extra challenging when you have little ones to keep an eye on as well.

I wasn’t aware of their hours, thought it used to be longer. Got my drink and then at 10:30pm, without any warning beforehand. They said we’re closed you have to leave. Was also told look at the sign and get out and the person was really rude. I would have packed up my computer faster if I had known. Mistakes happen but every other Starbucks gives you a heads up. The girl was wearing two pigtails and hair open, dyed red.
