I ordered crispy chicken wrap drive thru, the wrap was so hard, inside wrap was too hot as they did it in microwave. Very badly grilled when i ask they said there grill machine is not working. Very bad condition of the wrap. Also I ordered large coffee 2 cream and it was cold.

Horrible service the people here do not know what they are doing also would be nice for someone to understand English since we do live in Canada took over 20 mins for them to make a bagel and then they proceeded to laugh in my face when I ask what's taking so long... if you want poor service and a long wait this is the spot for you.

I always order here in the morning thru drive thru. It’s my 3rd time that I noticed my large french vanilla isn’t full. They should just charge a medium price cause it’s unfair paying for large that I didn’t get.

Jan 26 7:15 am Drive Thru - Order Taker rushed me to make my simple order (I wasn't slow at all and was ready to order) for 2 people and turned off her speaker before I could order the last item. Drove to window and politely asked the same person to add the item to my order and she stated out loud, "I don't know why everybody is doing this and then yelled out to add the item." Bad service at the order board and bad attitude in response to the customer at the pickup window.

The only thing this place has going for it is how fast the drive through is. It is somehow worse than all the other Tim Hortons in the area. Depending on who you get at the window, sometimes certain staff will pretend that the app is down so they don't have to scan it for you even if it loads on your phone. They're also quite rude when you ask them any questions. They told me they were out of 2% milk and I can pick either almond or oat milk, which makes it sound like they will substitute it free of charge - but they still wanted to charge for it anyway. When I asked about it, she laughed at me and told me that oat milk is expensive. Drove to Starbucks instead to pay $7 for a coffee, but at least they were nice there. Does the cost for oat milk come out of the employees' pockets? I hope not.
