I got worst experience today.. while going for work I stopped by Tim hortons to grab meal as had a long shift tonight so thought to buy my lunch..I got a veggie bowl that was lesser than half filled.. I paid $8 for 4 spoons of rice..literally only 4..so had to work

We just ordered 3 drinks and some other stuff Ravneet (supervisor ) was the cashier . We just asked for the napkins . And how arrogant and rude she was .like she was doing any favour of taking order . When we asked for the napkins again she gave three napkins while making faces and crushed all three napkins . Is this the way u treat ur customers .

I ordered potato wedges, in which quantity was very less. After asking the rep, the reply was " the numbers of wedges are fixed".Even if the bowl is not fully filled and wedges are too small in size. Disappointed with the service and quantity in this location.

Such a negative environment being created by their employee at this tims location besides shell gas station on 112/84 specifically navdeep (girl who works by the bread station)First time seeing an employee carrying so much ego, rolling eyes an ignoring customers in the restaurant you haven't made any career yet definitely haven't made any money yet being so arrogant won't take you very farther in life.I think the manager should give this employee pre-lessons before her shift on how to work in a customer service business.Overall food is great but pls teach your employee how to greet and acknowledge customers.

Slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Waited over 15 minutes to pick up an online order. Happens EVERYTIME the order is not ready. They have 4-5 people working in the front but they seem disorganized or you need to hire more workers. Stay away to avoid frustration.

Today, I went to this store, and all I wanted was Timbits for my son. The guy who took the order literally just threw the pack of Timbits in front of me, rather than handing it over to me. It was quite disrespectful.

Bought a drink shortly before closing. No one said anything about closing time. At 9:55pm, a woman worker told me I had to leave. I said \\\"in a minute\\\" since they had let in a man \\u0026 his young son \\u0026 they were ordering at the counter. She stood close by \\u0026 watched me, intimidated me to pack up. Not exactly friendly service. Made me feel like I did something wrong when I just didn't know that they close at 10pm. Not sure why I had to leave immediately \\u0026 the other 2 customers were allowed to stay for a few more mins. Staff should work on their customer service.

This is not a good place for vegetarian because i am a vegetarian because i ordered there a vegetarian wrap and they gave me a non vegetarian wrap and when i talked with them they were reacting as they know nothing and when i talked with manager she was not answering properly and they didn't show any regret about this. And who made this order i confirm that this is my order she said yes when i took some bite then i realized this is a non vegetarian food. They play with emotions of a vegetarian people.

Ordered a Turkey Club Sandwich. The bread was cold, the meat inside was cold as it was just pulled out of the freezer, my food was handed over to me without a bag as obviously it was a takeaway. When asked for a bag, a used bag with handprints from oil was handed over and when asked for a new one it was handed over to me like they were doing a favor for me. I paid for my food and I did not want it like that. When you serve a customer please hand over the food in the bag and not the food and the bag seperate. I am not coming here again.
