Dealing with call center was horrendous. Offer promotions online that they won't honor. No value in customers and no way to contact store for alternate options. Will never order from here again if the only way is through people with terrible customers service skills. My 5 year old son has better problem solving and respect for others.

Staying in Duncan for the night and was looking for what was still open for delivery. Panago’s Bella truffle pizza was the choice and it was solid! Great delivery driver too, your work is under appreciated!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Lots of options for vegan, dairy free and gluten free.

Depending on who is working can be a wonderful experience, sometimes unfortunately it cannot be so wonderful.

Always enjoy the food we get from Panago here in Duncan. The staff is pleasant and they're efficient. I recommend them

WHO IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST HIRED THIS EMPLOYEE???? Let’s just start off. to say I am enraged would be a complete understatement. An employee named Tauri was absolutely insufferable to be around. FIRST I arrived. Big. mistake. By the time I got to panago my pizza was ready which was perfect. unfortunately, when i opened the box after the employee handed it to me, I noticed a large bite had been taken out of every slice of my pizza. I looked back at the employee in disbelief as he licked his greasy fingers clean. Glancing back at the box, I noticed a LARGE, humongous even, hand print made out of grease. I stood in this establishment absolutely shocked. After Tauri exclaimed, “Thank you have a great night,” he turned around and started complaining to his co-workers about his problematic love life which i find absurdly unprofessional. would not recommend

Was cold, no flavour, such little cheese, not fully cooked. Ordered the Canadian classic and wish l got my pizza somewhere elsewhere. Go support more local pizza places not these chains.

Pizza is generally good.. but this time one of the pizzas had sun dried tomatos which were out of stock, so we asked them to be removed from the order, which increased the pizza cost by $8. It's ridiculous to pay more so you get less because they are our of stock

It’s been almost 30+years I hv been eating pizza and I always like to eat at Panago but unfortunately it’s sad moment for me to share to that I will never eat Panago pizza especially at Duncan location it’s the conservatively second time that I am getting stomach pain after eating the pizza at Duncan location,I can say it’s the worst experience I ever had.@owner plz work on it..

We got a call about a free pizza offer for local businesses a few days ago. We placed an order and received our free lunch today. Pizza was hot and fresh and right on time. Thanks so much for the lunch and for supporting local business partnerships.

Great pizzas, ordered 4 and they were as ordered. Think the young, very friendly staff member, Titan maybe, was very helpful as he carried the four pizzas to my car as I walk with a cane. The leftover pizzas tasted great warmed up the next day. I would definitely recommend. I also had insulated Panago pizza carriers which the staff had never seen, recommend they sell these again.

Gave us BURNT pizza and wings.

It was pizza. Not worth the price as was overcooked on the bottom, but undercooked on top, not much for flavour. Can eat it, but it's meh.

They stopped delivering to my address because it’s “too far”. They never had that problem before. Now I don’t know what to order from anymore…

Update: This location has become a magnet for some very sketchy people. Often intoxicated, they panhandle aggressively, harass customers trying to use this location, and hang around drinking and using drugs openly. Of course, it's not the fault of this business, but having had one obnoxious interaction with several of these people, my wife and I now go to the Mill Bay Panago for our pizza, even though it's a longer drive.---I like the pizza this place makes. It's always a crispy light crust, never greasy or oily.Sure, it's a franchise operation, but the system here produces an excellent quality product. For my budget, it's a bit pricy, but then again, there's always a bit left over at the end of the evening, and cold pizza for breakfast is nice too.The best value is the 8" personal pizza and drink for 6 bucks, taxes all included. Makes an excellent lunchtime treat, don't expect to have this for supper though.

After bringing it to their attention, they’ve made appropriate steps to correct the situation. There was too much tomato sauce and not enough cheese on my pizza - photo attached. The Cinnamon Breadstick order was great
