It was our first visit to The Vine as we are from Victoria. The food was fresh, skillfully prepared and delicious. We’ll definitely make the trip over the Malahat to eat here again. That says a lot as I’m not fond of The Malahat. Thank you.

Fantastic food for a surprisingly low price. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of vegetarian options offered that weren't listed on their online menu. And their fresh breads were amazing. Definitely try the oyster burger!Vegetarian options: We were pleasantly surprised by the number of vegetarian options offered that weren't listed on their online menu. They vegetarian crepes made from caramelized onion and mushroom that were the envy of the rest of the table.

It pretends to be a fine dining restaurant but it really isn’t. Food was mediocre to subpar and overpriced. Atmosphere was kinda tacky. Very nice staff tho.

Friendly staff, great location. I had one of the best burgers that I have ever had. Piping hot and very tasty. Fries were hot as well. I really appreciate getting top quality like this at a cost that isn't that much more than a fast food spot. Thanks.

Arrived on (Canadian) Thanksgiving Sunday -- most of the area restaurants had closed earlier or weren't open. But we really lucked out with The Vine. The service was outstanding, first of all. Both wait staff were welcoming and kind. Our meals were delicious, and the view from our window quite beautiful. Highly recommend.
Just finished a lovely patio dinner at Divine and had an amazing time! Able and the team were very helpful and the food was first class. Highly recommend you stop by for brunch or dinner here when you are in Cowichan Bay. Amazing atmosphere!

Probably the best spot in The Cowichan Valley. We live locally and always had a great meal. The salt, spring island muscles and the Thai sauce are an excellent appetizer. I usually have the Roca lamb and it’s always cooked perfectly. It’s not the fanciest place on the inside, but the future makes up for it. I’ve never had a bad meal there it’s always been, excellent. Their specialty is crapes, but they have a large menu to choose from with many choices. All of them are good.

After a few visits to the Vine we were already impressed so when we decided last minute to head there for Sunday dinner we were even more impressed. The paella was a special ...packed with seafood this was a pasta version and delicious. I had a seafood crepe and it was also generously filled with seafood and very tasty. We shared a Ceasar salad to start and finished the evening with decaf coffees. Even our wine was a hit. The Vine is our new favorite place to dine in Cowichan!
