I’m really disappointed with the food I received today. The side breast portion was not fresh and it tasted old, and to make things worse, it was fried with feathers still on it. This is the second time I’ve had this issue. Please do not serve items that are very old, if something isn’t available fresh, please do not serve it in that condition. This experience literally spoiled my night.
Also, I would really appreciate it if the service staff could greet customers politely.

An excellent experience as I came in to buy a chicken sandwich that I popped out to buy a coffee. When I came back, my order was ready in a bag with two napkins, and in a heated compartment! Exceptional service and very friendly staff! P.S. Best tasting chicken sandwich hands down.😊

Mary Brown's Chicken is superb! The chicken is incredibly juicy and flavorful, with a perfectly crispy coating. The sides are delicious too, and the service is friendly and attentive. Definitely a great spot for a tasty meal!
