One of the worst sandwiches I have ever had!!! I asked for a simple BLT! Bread was over toasted. No Mayo, 3 tomatoes and overcooked bacon!! Cost me $15 with a small drink and small bag of chips!! So sick of the overpricing and horrible food these days!! It's just frikn sad!!! I'll never go back and I'll let everyone I can how bad it was??

Food was delicious and portions generous. Love that they have lots of veggie options and menu that can be tailored to different requirements.

Incredible! They have several vegetarian and vegan options, serving muffins and smoothies, as well as having a whole hot lunch menu.I thoroughly enjoyed my Black Bean Avo burger with lots of veggies on it, and the Veggie Rice soup was INCREDIBLE! Plenty of dill and a wide variety of veggies made it so good I took an extra bowl to go for tomorrow. My only request would be to offer a washable cup for their on tap kombucha.Fabulous coffee and lunch spot with antique bikes on the walls and Bob Ross teaching how to paint on the TV.Vegetarian options: Several vegan and vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available

Unbelievably good breakfast clubhouse! I got the sandwich between two slices of their sourdough, and THAT’S what I call a BLT made with TLC. I also ordered a half sweet hazelnut latte and it puts Starbucks to shame.I can’t wait to come back!!!

Have never had a bad meal. Excellent food & service. Staff & owners are absolutely awesome. Many coffee shop options in Kelowna but this one is the best by far. ??

Server was relatively friendly..Other one, not so much. Was told I could go to a franchise, based on dietary requirements. Ordered anyways, as we like to support local businesses.Wish we had not.Food was terrible.Don't recommend*Only change was to remove the Mayo from a wrap. No other changes to any other order.

Excellent food, fresh made to order. Good range of dietary choices. Fun environment. A favourite place for lunch when I'm in Kelowna.

Ordered 2 times and wanted to give 5 stars based on my 1st experience but the grilled sandwich ordered on the second day was way different than the 1st day though they were exactly the same. Pics attached, you can see for yourself. It was not well made, lacked stuffing, was over grilled. Couldn't even pick it properly, everything fell apart. You can see the size of the both, not sure what went wrong though the staff was the same. Everything else ordered was good especially mushroom soup?. Soups ordered were turkey deluxe and mushroom soup. You can make your own sandwich, concept is good, vegetables and soups are fresh but they close very early at about 2pm.

Five star simple deli sandwiches for $8... Soft chewy fresh bread, big selection of quality meats, veg, cheeses, sauces, and dressings. The coffee is great too, but I go there for a lunch that will fill me up for about ten bucks.Vegetarian options: All the veggies you could wantKid-friendliness: Friendly coffee shop atmosphere

Food is fresh but if you only have 1/2 hour for lunch it's a bit long to wait for a sandwich. Call in your order and show up 30 minutes later. Today there was a line up and my egg sandwich took 10 minutes to make so in total I was there for 20 minutes. Lesson learned.
