Owner was very nice. Only reason I've given two stars. It took 45 minutes for us to get drinks and food. Food was good but all three drinks were horrible and 3 of the other party we were with drinks were horrible as well. 2 were complety forgotten and had to be asked to get them made, and by taking so long we ended up with a $90 parking ticket. Kids were literally crying because their hot chocolate tasted terrible. It was a terrible experience ?

This is a great spot for meeting friends and enjoying delicious coffee; the bakery is the highlight. On this occasion, I didn't try the breakfast, but everything looked tempting. The staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Don't miss the opportunity to try the cinnamon knot; it's one of the best pastries I've ever had.

My friend and I specifically went to this bakery for a breakfast muffin as numerous gluten free options were advertised. It's a cute space but we were both literally floored by the disdain with which we were treated by both baristas. When I asked about gluten free options, one barista sighed and pointed to the single option available which was a dessert brownie and not a great breakfast option. I ordered an almond milk latte and I got oat milk. When I clarified that I can only have almond milk due to allergies, he just stared blankly and said they don't have it. I couldn't drink what I received and no apology or attempt to rectify the situation was offered. It was surreal. Both my friend and I couldn't believe the hostility and condescending tones they both used with us throughout our interaction. I feel like I paid someone $8 to bully me.

Came with my husband for breakfast and a coffee and were warmly greeted by the staff. Coffee and food were excellent, we had a piece of the vegetable quiche and a cinnamon bun. Seeing the staff interact with one another was entertaining to watch. They clearly enjoy working together and are passionate about their work. One staff member, who had us laughing the entire morning with his sense of humour, went above and beyond. The young man whose name I unfortunately cannot remember was kind enough to serve us at our table, and repeatedly checked on us while cracking jokes. A wonderful experience at Bliss. To the young man with the many tattoos, you made two regular customers out of us! We hope to see you again soon.

This is a great location. The staff are friendly and the food is great. I had a vanilla iced latte. It was perfect for a sunny summer day.

Second last day of our visit to Kelowna, and we decided to hit up a cute Café. This place had very good reviews, so we stopped in. I ordered the Ogo Pogo Go-go cold brew, and wifey ordered an iced vanilla latte. We also decided to share a Cinnamon Knot as well. Everything was pretty yummy, and the service was friendly and quick. We sat outside on the patio, but quickly realized there were some sketchy people on the streets. I believe this area is still on the up and up, so the development may push some of the sketchy people away. All in all, pretty good visit!

There "why bother" decaf drink is fantastic. If caffeine is not good to you this drink is amazing. Breakfast quiche and baking are very good.

Bliss bakery has become an integral part of our community. The kindness, the staff, the food, the community support and the owners behind the scenes. We love you!

Stopped here as part of a walking food tour. Sample their sweets. A great first stop on the tour, it was lip smacking good.

Good cafe to work in. Lots of electric plugs, relatively quiet, nice patio. Seems environmentally friendly with bamboo cups and such.

Great little community spot. Love their soups, fresh and vegan and gluten free options! Ive had a butternut squash soup and a carrot and sweet potato soup. Both were excellent, my husband also had a grill cheese sandwich and loved the flavour of cheese in it! They also have desserts (maybe 1) that are also vegan and gluten free and have other regular desserts as well. We will be coming back for sure!
