Our server briece was amazing! She was pleasently friendly, prompt and made our date night experience fabulous. Great meal, great price, great service!

We’re regulars at Cactus Kelowna, it’s our go-to spot whether we’re celebrating something or just grabbing an easy dinner. The food is always good, the atmosphere is fun, and the service is consistently solid... and Amber was amazing! Super friendly, bubbly, and genuinely attentive. She made the night even better. Always a great experience here!

Server was amazing , food great , tight seating felt in the way with servers going around us felt like we needed to move out of the way a lot , couldn’t get a table in the dinning room even with advance reservation. But had fun , was very loud though hard to talk to much . Dinning room probably would have been better , location was beautiful and easy access to arena and theatre! Will go again

We had a reservation for 4:15 and were seared until 4:45 but checked in at 4:20. The hostess made is VERY clear we had 2 hours at our table.. at 530 my husband order a drink which didn’t come, instead our waitress handed us our bill. We explained we weren’t done and were still waiting for our drink. At 6pm our server came over and said “so looks like it’s time for you to leave”. Overall it was such a terrible experience. We felt rushed, and just dissatisfied.

Disappointed. Tried to take my daughter there for a special dinner. Table for 2. No room for walk ins.

service ok server was a little to upbeat for myself and once served dissappeared. I had to go look for her to get more wine. the mini chicken sliders were amazing great value and 10 out of 10 the rigaroni bolognese was exactly that but on the menu it states it was made with a beef ragu most definitely not. 3 out of 10 especially at 26 dollars. ambience at Cactus club is always second to none
