Not sure what has changed lately but I have been frequenting this restaurant for many years/ getting take out, and things have dramatically improved. Perhaps new staff/management but now the pizza is consistently excellent, wait staff is fantastic, and if you pay for 'extra' toppings they actually do give you extra now. Great job to the management and staff!

Got delivery through skip. I'm appalled by the portions. 65 dollars for two entries. Not even half full tins. Either our skip driver took half our food or this is the biggest rip off In Kelowna. I will be trying to get refunded on skip too.

Been here several times and it's always good. We were seated right away at lunchtime on a Friday. Our waitress brought us water, took our drink orders, and was back right away with them & we ordered lunch.So fast and delicious! We had our food on the table within 10-15 minutes. My husband had the Meatball Sandwich with delicious Tomato soup. He has had the soup before and it did not disappoint! He says it's the best he's ever had! Even better than his used to make!!❤️I had the 1/2 Walnut Garganzola Salad and also had the Tomato Soup. Agreed it delicious!

Ordered the Sweet Chili and the Pesto & Parmesian wings and a large Margherita pizza, it tasted great! The customer service was great! The staff were friendly and always asking if we needed anything, persistent and helpful.

I was probably the most taken aback and disappointed at this visit than ever before. For years we have praised the Mediterranean flatbread and have gotten others to come and try it because it is so good. We often get multiple orders of this delicious dish but the franchise has decided to get rid of it altogether and replace it with a pita like bread cut in half with oil on it and hummus. This is such a misstep and we were shocked to receive these tonight instead of a full plate of fresh oven baked true flatbread with cheese and a tzastiki hummus mixture in the side. There is now almost 1/4 of the amount of food and there is no fresh baked aspect, no feta, no spices and no tzastiki. Fortunately the service was fantastic from the actual servers and things were able to be changed. I can't say enough good things about the service but the food changes mandated by the franchise are so cheap and frankly a complete disservice to the restaurants reputation of oven baked European style crust. So much so, that it makes it difficult to come back. Please bring back the Mediterranean flatbread as it was.

Capricciosa pizza and Famoso saladWe were there last Saturday night with another couple, and absolutely loved the atmosphere. It was very busy and lively. The service was amazing. All of the staff that came to our table were very friendly. The service was fast. The pizza crust was delicious. Not too thin. The salad had a little bit too much protein on it for me but not a big deal. They had a great beer selection, and I enjoyed a few Aperol spritz. I adore Woodfire pizza’s and these did not disappoint. I’ll definitely return with my family and friends.
