I can't speak to some of the criticisms but I just spent three weeks in Kelowna's North End recertifying my base paramedic level and found this coffee place on Richter. It hit all the right notes. A small,, simple, unpretentious set up in a working neighbourhood with great staff who knew how to make my favourite coffee (a double long espresso run through there times) at a great price. My fav coffee shop in Kelowna! Tucked along the shops on Richter Street the is this amazing Kootenay Coffee Company. I am not an avid coffee drinker but I get my 1-2 cups per week here. The coffee does not have bitter or burned flavour, it just tastes great. It is so wonderful. Thank you.
Love the americano and vegan baked goods available. The lady working the Ritchter location is super friendly and provides great service. Did my paramedic program down the street and always felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Highly recommend choosing this little gem over the Starbucks up the road!
