Absolute hidden gem. Very helpful staff, very varied menu, nice enough ambience and prices are pretty solid. The daily specials are quite good as well, though I am hoping that they'll mix it up a bit more on a few other days. Thursday night teriyaki bowls are phenomenal, and the dinner trays offer a lot for very little cost wise.Recommendations include chicken karaage, Alaska roll and chirashi bowl.

Food is good. Ordered Chicken Teriyaki, Veggie Rolls and Miso Soup. Both were good, veggie roll had less avocado, I would have preferred a bit more and the rolls were coming apart. But first time I tried asparagus in a veggie roll which was interesting. Chopsticks given were low quality. Ume foods and Maki Sushi have good quality chopsticks. There was no dipping sauce along, just a sachet. Apart from that food was nice and fresh, wasabi was strong. And the miso soup was really good.Update: Visited again. Food is good but the staff is rude. They gave 1 chopstick and 1 tissue for an order of 26pc rolls. Went back in to ask for 2 more, still she gave just 1. Not sure what's wrong! Deducting a star ?

Had the best sushi at Mi-ne Sushi House Japanese sushi restaurant in Kelowna. Fresh ingredients and tastes delicious. Sushi chef even made some special off menu rolls for me as well. It was amazing.

Stopped in for a quick bite and fell in love. The Volcano Roll is there for you spice aficionados, blending the right amount of heat and flavour. And... something I've never seen before, a deep-fried banana roll with mango sauce. So good. 10/10 would recommend. No photos because I dug in.

Sunomono and edamame were okay spicy tuna roll? Not good! tasted old tuna didn’t look the right “color” threw it away

We were in town visiting, looking for a good spot for dinner. It was so good we came back for lunch the next day. Sunomono is to die for. Terrific service and fairly cheap. Service is very fast and the waitresses we had were great on both occasions. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
