Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

I’ve been here many times, but it has progressively gotten worse. My food was being made with a knife also used to prepare chicken(cooked) previously while also on the same cutting board. The worker scraped off the chicken scraps (blade side down, love me some extra micro plastics) and proceeded to prepare steak. This was a pretty big red flag because what else are they doing if that’s the standard? It is my fault for not refusing! I find their food the last few visits really upsets my stomach- in fact today I still feel awful. So either I’m just not built for it or there are a lot of food safety gray areas going on. I’ve also noticed on a couple visits it just wasn’t clean…. If you’re too busy to practice food safety best practices then hire more people. I’ve reached out to interior health.

Food is quite good. It is a good dupe for chipotle. Super flavourful, customizable, and very organized. They might forget your veggies, and prepare for a long line. Very Mexican vibes for sure. Got a deal on the bowls. 2 for 1.

Everything ordered was burnt, overfried, and inedible. Not sure how they can burn a burrito to a crisp and think it's acceptable to send out.

Underwhelming, and very little toppings

We have gone to this location many times and over the past 6 months it has progressively gotten worse. I feel terrible for the working conditions the staff are having to work in there.

Today we arrived to get our order and someone else came in behind us who had pre-ordered on the app… there food wasn’t ready until after ours… and our experience was not quick.

First off. It was 30 degrees outside today and it was even hotter in the restaurant, myself and my two very young children were sweating. They had portable air conditioner behind the counter and and it wasn’t doing much except blow the breaker so they couldn’t cook the quesadilla. So we waited for that to get done. Then I asked for the cilantro lime rice on my burrito to be told they are out for the day… I ordered at 5:00 peak time for dinner orders and 5 hours before they close. So I don’t have any options for rice. This seems to be common in the past 3 visits.

Anyways long story long. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 burritos and a kids quesadilla, the gentleman that came in behind me still hadn’t recieved his pre-ordered food.

We love mucho burrito for a more fresh dinner option for our kids when we are on the go but I will now be looking for other options.

Staff and food are great but it’s the third time I come and the AC is still broken, that’s unacceptable! I don’t know how the employees keep working there.

I came here for food during my lunch break, looking to get a tasty meal and a nice desert (cookie). I entered and was hit by a heat wave, making me instantly sweat. That’s not all. They gave me the smallest portions of everything. The combo for a small burrito was 20 dollars including my cookie. Both of my cookies were raw, not cooked at all. That’s okay I thought maybe they need to sit (they did not). After realizing they were just raw and didn’t need to sit I went to the front to exchange cookies. They then gave me new cookies. These cookies have to be fresh I thought… they were not. THEY GAVE ME TWO RAW FROZEN COOKIES! Do no come here, they tried to poison me with their cookies.

The portioning on the bean burrito was very small. I asked for a extra scoop, the lady just gave me a very tiny scoop. Air conditioner was not very working, i dont know how they were standing inside the restaurant and making stuff inside the kitchen.

Just visited this location and was greeted by Sam who has exceptional customer service and the food was great.

Sagar is amazing! Great energy and the best burrito artist

I’ve been to a lot of mucho burritos all over the country but this one has been the best one so far. The food was fresh but it was Sagar that stole the show. Excellent service and you can tell he really cares about your food. Serves you with a smile and makes the entire experience very wholesome. Definitely recommend this location

Tried burritos here, they were flavourful and ingredients were fresh.
Staff was friendly and order was made quickly.
Place seemed clean and is located in plaza with ample parking lots.
