OMG! What awesome pizza!! This was my second time ordering from them and the quality of the pizza again surpassed my expectations! I order pickup when travelling from Vic to Nanaimo so some planning is required. Well worth the effort!

Pizza and calzones are good however 50% of the time they are under done and the dough is still raw. The staff is really good about making a new one but it's still frustrating when you have to call, wait 40 mins for a new one OR end up sitting at home with your pizza in the oven waiting for it to finish cooking (like tonight). I just wish the staff would check this before pick up.Honestly, this is the last time we will be ordering from here. If I'm going to spend money on takeout I shouldn't have to wait for remakes (constantly happens) or have to cook it myself.

Friendly staff, no seating it's take out only I think.. they're always busy because it's super tasty..just don't ask for thin crust...they can't manage that. Their this crust is identical to regular crust. They also have a super delicious vegan cheese gf option. Order an hr in advance...it's worth it.

Normally I get good food but today's pizza had a hair in it. Could not be mine as it was cooked into the fold of the crust. Of course the phone line was busy so no satisfaction.

Pizza here is great. However, delivery could be improved. Over 90 mins for delivery and the pizza gets to you on the cooler side.Again, pizza is still pretty amazing! I always look forward to pizza from here when I come to visit my family.
Food is great, service is great prices are ouch.. but hey we now pay $20 for a head of cabbage thanks to carbon tax so...what ya gonna do? First time ordering from them, we picked up a Mexican pizza and a cheeseburger pizza. I will say I am not much of a pizza connoisseur, but this pizza was outrageous. Both pizzas were delicious cheesy thick flavorful, and had a beautiful crispy crunch on the crust. Absolutely blown away by the flavor. Very very good totally recommend them.
