We visited Chaos for dinner and then did a tasting experience the next day. Both were fantastic. Our friends that we went with are vegan and the chef went out of their way to provide vegan options for both the dinner and tasting. Great atmosphere, wines and food.

This was the one restaurant I was really looking forward to but was somewhat disappointed. The setting is really beautiful and staff friendly. Zero complaints about that. However, my pizza was burnt (really too much) and I think it should not be served. Definitely my problem that I didn’t mention it to the waitor. The prices are too high for such a mistake, in my opinion. Would give it another try though, as the combo of tastes was great.

Perfect meal!! The service, the food and even the wine (I’m usually not a fan of ExNihilo wines but the Riesling was very nice) were spot on. The small indoor seating area is cozy and interesting (local art on the walls). The new menu is very short but anyone should be able to find something they’d enjoy. We had the beet salad and chicken pizza - both superb. We split the panna cotta with raspberry topping - lovely.

We were in Lake Country BC and heard about the Chaos Restaurant at Ex Nihilo Vineyard. We had Moroccan Mussles, Garden Salad, and Carne Pizza. One of the best meals we have had in a long time. The flavors, textures, and aromas were amazing. Paired with their Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, it was a memorable experience.

This is the restaurant at Ex Nihilo winery and it's always very solid. We started with a tasting with food pairings and finished with individual pizzas - all really tasty. Nice comfortable vibe here, we loved it.
