I did a review a couple of weeks ago that wasn't very good but since then I have re tried them and was pleasantly surprised that it was as good as I was used to before. I wish I could take back my old review but this one will hopefully make up for it.

I ordered 2 medium pizza’s and I got thin crust ones which I never ordered. I had an Alibaba special and Carnivore which I’ve had previously and the toppings were skimpy on both and not as I have had them before. Pizzas were just coming out of the oven when I got there. So they didn’t sit around getting dried out…it’s been awhile since I’ve had pizza but I don’t think I will order from there again.

We are definitely regulars of Ali Baba! Delicious pizza, great value with their 2 for 1 deal, and the staff are always kind and welcoming. Honorable mentions go to the Marco Pollo, 4 Cheese and Ballpark, but we haven't tried a flavour yet that we haven't liked!

I was called and told they were short staffed. When I explained I had to work that night and would be okay with deferring my order to the next day, they insisted on delivering!! And they did. This is why they will always be my go to. above and beyond!!

Ali Baba Pizza was the perfect option for our school event. They were on time with our significantly large order, and the pizza was all fresh and hot. Amazing vegetarian options and accommodating with allergies. :)

Was in Nanaimo for vacation and stopped in for pizza. Food was great and the staff was very helpful. Better than any service I have gotten here in the states.

FRESH FRESH FRESH !!!!!Simple order of a donair but every bite i took was fresh, crunchy lettuce, perfectly ripe tomatoes and the taztiki was just the waynyou want it to be.Delivery was super fast & in house. (No Apps Required)I called them back the next day as i felt surcharged with my order and it was late in the evening when I did, i know my mistake for not asking them to read my order out b4 saying send it my way because i was so hungry.There was simple discrepancies, nothing major and i wasnt asking for anything because the food was great and it was my fault for not verifying my order.They graciously gave me a credit, which i wasn't asking for.So if you're wondering if you should order from here.ABSOLUTELY ?
