Let me just say the worst Subway for customer service in all of Nanaimo. Three times I've stopped here after 5pm and each time I hear the same excuse "We're sorry we have no bread, all sold out". Very pathetic Subway! This location sucks.

The owner is useless. You won’t ever see them in the store trying to make it better. The best manager they had is now gone! The service isn’t good and the new menu is a disaster. Most people can’t even afford Subway anymore. I’ve been eating Subway for over 30yrs and will never be back..

I decided to have Subways today, will not go back to this location. Music was so load I could not hear or put in my order properly. Felt like I was not a valued customer and was rushed to put in my order and pay. If this is how they treat their customers I will not be returning to this location again.

Could use some cosmetic updates and window cleaning.Sandwich quality last time we came was not the same as usual. I don't like the new menu marketing as the sandwiches in the menu are loaded with ingredients, your actual sandwich you can't even see the ingredients inside the sandwich unless you open it up, it's very misleading.

I use the subway app and I've only had wonderful experiences at the Bowen road location. Close to my work so I go frequently for lunch. The staff is amazing and friendly. They make the sandwiches perfect, and are quick to prepare my order when I arrive. If they are out of something they are respectful and let me know in a polite way. Thank you for the great service!
