From the ambience to the food, everything was 5 stars. Ordered the farmers breakfast and the pumpkin waffles and syrup were amazing. The eggs and bacon were perfect. Ordered some Caesars. Going to come back here next time.

Delicious food and cocktails beautifully presented. Our server had it just right, he was friendly, informative and attentive, not hovering or rushy. We finished just before it got really busy, good timing for us. Definitely would recommend.

Delicious food!! Gotta be one of the nicest restaurants in Nelson. A member of our group was celiac and raved about the number of gluten-free options they could choose from.

The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing and the service was great. Food was ready so quickly, we had to slow down a bit to savor the night out more. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Food is always amazing. Atmosphere is relaxing and very enjoyable. I don't go out very often to eat; however, when I do, this is the place, great service, quality food, made by a real chef, with culinary skills. The drink menu is also amazing, prices are pretty comparable to going to a pub but with a much more enjoyable experience all the way around, we all work hard for our money so it's nice to walk away feeling satisfied and a little spoiled.

It was our 3rd time dining at the Pitchfork Eatery and the first time dining outside. I wish the space was more enclosed as there was little to no protection from the wind. The blankets helped with the cold a bit but we still all had to wear our jackets while dining. That was unfortunate, as we dressed up to come to dinner. All that said, Kerry and I can't wait to come back.

The best Restaurant in our area. We love the food. Always top notch With presentation, technique and execution. We love this old building and are so pleased to see Pitchfork doing such a good job here. Olivier was our server and he is a total natural. Comfortable with just the right amount of knowing how to give space and pleasant formality. Shout out to Zeva too. She’s a wonderful, professional server and it’s always a pleasure to see her.We shared our dishes. The calamari is unique and delicious. We love the Brussels sprouts and the burger is always number one! The drinks list is creative while still being approachable with a nice range of mid to high range price options. We topped it off with a gorgeous vegan choc hazelnut dessert. These days it’s a challenge having a date out to be perfect hitting all the checklists of service, ambience and food. Thank you Pitchfork for making our November day so cozy and wonderful.xo Richard and Jill*Photo from one of our previous visits a couple years ago.

Nice environment, atmosphere. Good / efficient service. The food is good (the chef actually cooks !!) and it is nicely put on the plates but it is also expensive (for what you get) Also one does not get anyting extra from the house... (bread or ...) Overall good but expensive

Everything was so good! We had the mussels to start, the rabbit and the steak. Everything was phenomenal, I can't wait to go back. The service was great and the restaurant has such a cozy warm feeling that is super comfortable.
Best calamari we have ever had and we order it everywhere we go, have never had it that thick but it was tender and the sauce with it was very very good. Service was fantastic just enough trips to the table. My steak was phenomenal my wife's burger not so much she should of had the rabbit. My only complaint was that the daily special was gone and we were the first seating of the night, I was looking forward to the pork Wellington but they were out. Totally one of the best places to eat in Nelson.

We love pitchfork. The muscles were amazing as always. Portions of the mains felt small this time for the high prices though. Two small medallions of steak for $49..... Service staff were ok but didn't have a lot to say and didn't exactly set the stage for a $250 anniversary dinner. Overall great food and kind staff and we will continue to recommend this restaurant.

QR code menus and it's in an alley. 18$ medicore appetizers and very expensive meals that isn't justified. Doesn't matter how many yellow Christmas lights ya put up. Mediocre at best.

Love Dining at Pitchfork! The food is amazing and You can tell that the Chef is a scientist when it comes to preparing. Wine list could maybe be a little more geared to more choices by the glass.
