It was a lunch time visit so this location was very quiet. Which is probably unusual. Food is consistent between restaurants which is an admirable quality for a big change.
We come in every Thursday for lunch with our friend Harold. The service and food is excellent. Harold especially comes in to see Kalei. Harold lights up when he see Kalei. She is very kind to Harold and always takes the time to make him feel special. Harold also loves the food and coffee!! ❤️
Staff is super welcoming and they always seem to check in with us at the right time ant the environment of the store is really fun and busy on game nights. The food is also amazing, our family’s preferred place to eat and best place to spent time with friends .

I go here once a week. The manager and the staff are super friendly and conscious of food quality. I am a Celiac and never have any problems with my allergy.On 2024-02-15 my family and another, totalling 8, visited the restaurant for dinner. Our server was Ayla. She was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Our orders were promptly taken, accurate, and came out hot - a testament to the front end and back end staff working well together. Our beverages never reached the bottom of the glass before being asked we would like another. Our children were happy, maybe a little overly happy, to see each other. She was great with them as well.Dietary restrictions: I am Celiac. They staff were accommodating and I felt fine.

On a Saturday, we arrived for dessert just before 12am(they close at 1am ). Since every other Boston Pizza we've been to closes 45 to 30 minutes before closing, we were positive they would allow us in. But nope, the hostess/waiter cut us off as soon as we arrived, stating that they had already completed last call. We made an effort to reason with her by pointing out that it was just 12 o'clock and that we were there simply for dessert. However, she was very combative, as if she were unwilling to accept that she was mistaken or perhaps she was simply tired of waiting tables. It was by far the worst Boston experience I've ever had. his was the worst Boston Pizza experience I've ever had. Will not be visiting again and you should avoid this location as well.

We tried to reason with her, mentioned we only are there for dessert and that it was only 12, and the girl seemed more argumentative than anything, I believe she didn’t want to admit she was wrong, or she was feeling lazy and didn’t want to wait more tables so instead she doubled down.. worst experience I’ve ever had at a Boston pizza, corporate should fire this girl for turning away customers over an hour before closing.. ended up taking our business to Denny’s down the road. My only regret is not getting her name. From now on I will avoid this location and you should too.

I can't remember the server's name. I think it was Anisa? Her service was great! However, I gave 4 stars because the appy I ordered, came out cool, like it was sitting for awhile.I sat for about 10 minutes, waiting to ask someone if they could nuke it. It came back hot, though a bit soggy. It was still delicious, and I was starving.I was also not told that they didn't have the regular garlic bread, and I got a piece of a buttered baguette. (I had to ask for more garlic seasoning, in which I was brought melted butter with pieces of garlic in it? ??♀️)I was charged the full price for the cold, then soggy appy, but I didn't say anything to my server, because she was a delight! (Which makes all the difference, imo!)I think if I were to go back there again, I would just ask for my appies to be hot, and if they could make the garlic bread extra garlicky! (I had the Buffalo Mac and Cheese, and it was amazing!!!

I came to Nordel location to pick my order. Talked to Kelly, she was so friendly to begin with, great smile, great customer focus. I told her that I had my birthday in October and I didn’t claim my BROWNIE ?. Kelly was so amazing, she said I can give it to you now if you want to!! Man, I was so impressed with this customer service provided by Kelly!! This is my store now for future orders ?

Pizza has improved a lot over the years. I can now say they make good pizza but for the price you can get better elsewhere for cheaper. This location doesn’t seem to get very busy but the staff are not very attentive. Washrooms are disgusting.
