Very poor customer service. Ordered a steep tea they gave me French vanilla. French vanilla is more expensive than steep . Does money grow in tree for the owner that staff are giving wrong drinks . Staffs are not trained properly . Very poor management. These thing are happening more frequently. Overall poor management.

Always giving the wrong order

An item i paid for is often missing everytime i visit and workers seem to be busy talking and often distracted. Asked for 2 English Sausage Muffin last week and paid for it, but didn’t receive any of it. Yesterday, i ordered chilli cheese wedgies but they put sea salt wedgies because there was no chilli cheese, but they didn’t ask me or told me they changed it into sea salt wedgies.

I ordered BELT breakfast with double bacon coffee and hash browns with extra omelette bite . I got charge the money but when I left ready to eat egg is missing. Orders 9:07 am charged 13:75 at drive thru.The person who took the order (seems a guy) the girl who was at the window, was unfriendly I say hi no respond no thanks or when I ask for sleve for the coffee she look at me bad way.She doesn’t even know how to attend a customer. She was so rude and showing unnecessary attitude. I order every morning before I go to work and most time there is something missing.i miss old days Canadian customer services this girls have nothing I feel unwelcome.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the employee .bcs she was not wearing any name tag i don't know the name. So i ordered sandwich in drive through and requested for hash brown in it. they didn't have hash brown so i requested if they can do potato wedges instead and they denied for that as well(i was willing to pay extra for potato wedges). Again when i met them at window i wanted to tell a girl that i usually get sandwitch like that but the girl who came from behind very rude btw denied and screamed “nexttttt”.at me...why?? Scary isnt it? And why this unnecessary attitude?
