Came here for dinner service. The beef brisket & tendon on rice was definitely my favourite! The beef was braised long enough and not mushy, but sauce was a bit too much so it felt like having thick soup with rice. The portion was super huge and could probably feed 2 people. What’s best was their chilli oil, the chill flakes were very crispy. Their fish fillet sautéed with vegetables was pretty good too. The congee with ling cod was average, there was too many tiny bones and not much meat, but it’s $10.5 so really can’t complain much!Service was average, some staffs were nicer than others. There’s also free parking behind the restaurant. We’ll definitely visit again for brunch/lunch!

Food is really great. They should really consider renovating the place as the atmosphere is really dull.

We had their fish and pork congee. It was super smooth. According to my cousin who brought us here, they blend the rice before cooking them which made it really smooth. Not bad and it came in a big portion!

Chinese comfort food. Great for smooth congee, delicious wontons, seafood, fried noodles. Reasonably priced. Dinner special is a good deal. A late night hang. Lunch and dinner. Weekends are very busy. Service is hit or miss. The ladies work hard but are nice.Reopened

When setting table all was dropped loudly on table. Website never mentioned bbq duck must be reserved. When food served we had to wait for plates, which were ice cold. Couldn't find server for more tea. Was never asked if we wanted anything else.

Only issue is service. Some servers are kinder than others. When paying the head lady cashier is never nice, makes tipping less. Food is good.

A couple time I’ve been here and always feel that their prices are definitely on the higher end for what they offer. The bbq pork in rice that I ordered was literally just sliced bbq pork on rice - didn’t even have bok choy on the side. I guess I was expecting too much. The flavour was decent.Even during odd hours, their service is lacking.

About the only best late-night Chinese food in Vancouver. Cash or debit only.Edit: they're finally open again. No longer open late night, but food is still just as good as before.
