We saw their Buy One Get 50% 2nd drink sign outside and thought it was perfect for us. We ordered a pearl bubble milk and a Yuzu Citrus Green Tea and both were great. The store was a bit small so it's more for grab and go but there were some seats if you want to sit and enjoy.

Ordered a pearl milk tea, cold no ice. 1. They made it lukewarm. Not cold. 2. Taste awful. One of the worse bubble tea I've ever had. Remove the ice and bring it to room temperature. It tastes really bad. I have never tasted such bad-tasting bubble milk tea. Lightning protection costs $7+. Even if I use tea bags and milk at home, it tastes better than this.

Leaf is a nice small spot with a good variety of options for drinks. I had a mango coconut milk tea. They had options for how sweet and how much ice you would want, lots of customization. Staff were friendly, there were a couple spots to sit but it’s small.

Ordered a milk tea and a fruit tea and they both tasted very VERY watered down, especially the milk tea.
Girlfriend and I came very often when this place was Truedan/Jenjudan and really enjoyed their drinks. After they changed names/ownership the drink quality has noticeably changed, and not for the better. Unfortunate.

Ordered drink with 25% sugar, it is way way too sweet, sweeter than the average bubble tea store, and some stores where my partner order full sugar and it is not even as sweet as this. I did not add extra toppings. The cake is very small. Seats are pretty clean at least

Naaah this is not my go to place at all. The hojicha latte was flavorless and not sweet at all (for 100% sweetness you’d expect sweeter one), the pearl milk was also plain and flavorless. And most of all, the hot matcha latte was missing matcha flavor !! It was like a sweetened condensed milk tea. Wouldn’t recommend this place :(

Lots of interesting flavours! Grapefruit green tea had good strong tea flavour… just wish a bit more grapefruit. Mango grapefruit sago was very good with lots of mango pieces.Their cheese cake was decent, liked mango one. Polite and friendly service!

The bubble tea lacked any tea flavor despite being advertised by the staff as made with their strongest brew. They also stated that they ran out of whole milk, so it was prepared using 2% milk, resulting in a disappointing watery taste. A waste of $8...had to dump it.
