Really authentic smoked meat Poutine, like the ones you can have in Montréal. The smoked meat sandwich was good, though the bread wasn't as good as the meat. There are many choices of toppings and everything tasted good.

The spot is a little rustic but clean. The food is great, I love the steamie dogs (all dressed) and obviously the poutine... My favorite poutine in Vancouver, the servings are generous and the gravy is GREAT. The service is nice, don't expect full service, it's more of a counter service style.

Ordered the Steamie OBC and wow was it worth the wait! I got it to go and walked home to eat it and I think the 3/4 minutes it sat in the bag really made it even better. When I took it out of the bag all I could see was bun and cole slaw. “What the heck? I’ll take a bite” I told myself. As I brought it up to my mouth I got a whiff of what was about to happen. Oh boy.All I can say is for $5-something you are getting a flavour bomb in your mouth. Next time I might even have 2.Thank you kindly.

Really good poutine.Had the spicy one .. no. 34.They let you customize. So, don’t forget to get that mtl smoked meat fix in any of your poutine. I topped up mine.Got a side of beer to wash the heat.Perfect dinner.Holds up to la banquise. Really. !!

I was in Vancouver from Texas and wanted to give poutine the best shot possible. I think I chose right. This place has every variation of poutine you can think of. We had the BBQ poutine and baked potato poutine. Both were great. Highly recommend if you'd like a good variety.

We visited La Belle Patate for dinner and had a pretty good experience. The poutine we had was really good, but the Montreal smoked meat sandwich was just okay. I wasn’t a big fan of their pickles. The staff weren’t rude, but also not really friendly or helpful either when asking questions about the menu. The space is pretty small and a lot nicer on the inside than you would expect from the exterior.
