This shop was so tiny that we almost missed it when we walked past it. It's supposedly a Taiwanese chain but my friend couldn't recall having tried it when she lived in Taiwan. But then again, Taiwan has a LOT of boba shop chains. I ordered a regular Jasmine Green Milk Tea and my friend got the Earl Grey Milk Tea. Personally, I thought it was pretty bland. The tea was not flavorful at all and just felt like I was drinking milk. My friend said the Earl Grey was average. It's pretty expensive. For whatever reason, the website linked to Milksha doesn't list Canada?? They really need to update the website.

Had the earl gray with bubble tea (best seller). It’s good but nothing unusual.

A mediocre boba place, slightly higher pricing than average for what you'll find in and around Robson. I paid over $8 for the "ice cream strawberry " drink. Customer service was awkward and weirdly defensive when I told them that the drink was not fully blended (in my case, really large shards of ice that made the drink impossible to sip up the straw). The employees were telling me it was intentional with it being a slush drink, but the shards were literally so huge that you couldn't get them up the straw and it was uncomfortable to drink? After some back and forth they reblended it but the lack of customer service/courtesy already put a bad taste in my mouth. Skip this place for sure, many others downtown to choose over Milksha.

Probably one of the better quality bubble tea joints I have tried. The price is definitely on the high side but the quality is consistent. The pearls the have are white called honey pearls. They are much more chewy and have a bouncy texture which is nice. Lots of choices and options.

Delicious drinks! My favourite is the fresh taro milk with pearls and my partner really loves their wintermelon tea. I've tried a handful of their other drinks as well such as the tea lattes and have thoroughly enjoyed them! They also have seasonal specials as well which are always delicious and interesting. A big bonus is that they have lactose-free milk which is a godsend!

One of the best bubble tea places in Vancouver. Their pearls are very Q and different from other places. Their fresh milk drinks are amazing.

Love their drinks! They use expensive, good milk so no wonder! Their matcha milk tea is my fav! Price is a bit high compared to others but you get quality drinks so it evens out!

I have tried Milksha twice. Both experiences were pretty good. The pearls were good and I enjoyed my milk tea as well. Price is not bad, similar to many bubble tea places which ranges from about $5.50 to $7.50 per drink. The space is cute and cozy. I would like to visit this place post covid to see how the experience is for dine in.

I had the Taro Fresh Milk and the taro paste was of very good quality, although they give you a little less than some places. They don't skimp on the toppings though. They have a good selection of handcrafted drinks and it seems like quality is good all around. Their pearls are sweetened with honey and have a unique taste from normal or brown sugar pearls. Medium drinks are overpriced, if you get a large it's much more reasonable. Staff is very pleasant.

Taiwanese chain with a good selection of handcrafted drinks. The shop is small and the storefront is very easy to miss. I've walked by it countless times before visiting and I still managed to miss it when I actually wanted to visit! Look for their sign in front of the collection of shops that it's located in. They do not currently have any indoor and outdoor seating but this means that the waiting area is very spacious. The staff member who helped me was nice. I tried their Taro Fresh Milk with Honey Pearls. Their Taro Milk uses a sweet taro paste which had a really lovely texture. Since the sweetness comes from the taro paste the sweetness level on this drink is not adjustable. It was a little sweet for me combined with the pearls, but I usually take my drinks unsweetened so if you like sweet or even lightly sweet it would probably be just right. The taro flavour was strong but because the paste dissolves so easily into the drink I would have liked more paste just to get more of that texture. The honey pearls also had a very nice chewiness and a unique flavour from normal pearls. The drink was definitely expensive for the size (I got a medium). Pearls also cost $1 which seems like a lot (although they do give a decent amount). Other toppings are $0.50 which is more reasonable. If you get a large it's only $0.50 more, and the difference between a large and medium is pretty significant, so it's definitely worth getting a large as you get a much better value that way.

I rate 1* for different reasons:1. They use paper cups to make milktea that people can't see through, so it looks not as tasty as the transparent cups & no good for pictures to post on Instagram or Facebook.2. We ordered 2 cups of milktea & they charged $.50 or $1 for topping. We thought the pearls are already included & the topping is an add-on, so we chose to add pudding & with the paper cups they provided, we couldn't see there were no pearls at all in our cups, so we through away the milktea just after trying 2 ships. They should know a milk tea with no pearl, it's not a milk tea! and we came to their place because we wanted to try their pearls, why didn't they explain to their customers about that (on that day, there were only 2 of us as customers, not busy at all).3. Taste is not good at all
