the worst restaurant in canadian history
This place is a joke.I placed a take-out order online, which is one of the only ways to order from them since it's actually a "virtual restaurant" using the kitchen in Mahoney's Tavern. After waiting over an hour for my order to complete (it originally said it would take 25-30 minutes), I went to pick up my order, and was told they had no record of my order, but they said they would make it for me if I waited a bit longer. A few minutes later, someone else appeared and told me they were going to have to cancel my order because THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY RICE. No rice at a poke restaurant!! And that was that. Over an hour after ordering, I was given nothing, was offered nothing, and walked out with nothing, aside from feeling frustrated and hungry. But after reading all these 1-star reviews, maybe that was a blessing in disguise, because it sounds like their food is terrible anyhow.GET POKE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Anywhere else. Don't waste your time with this place!!

Selling overnight poke bowl???? Rice is cold and hard. Tuna was fishy not fresh at all. I don't like to waste food but this time I just threw all away. I wish I read feedback before order. The worst food I ordered in my life. Good luck for people who want to try.....
It wasn't tasty or fresh
Got the spicy tuna bowl. First order we loved it. Second was ok, found seaweed in the bottom of mine but didn't understand why suddenly and my husband's didn't have any which was odd. And third time today was the last time. Mysterious seaweed showed up again and this time it was clear that it was an old sushi roll taken apart and just thrown in, like it was recycled into this bowl. Very sloppy. If you're going to offer a 2 for 1 deal, don't do this. I'm happy to go elsewhere and pay full price for some quality than get left overs. Sushi places are a dime a dozen and you do have to make more effort to keep your customers. Just lost 2 of them.
I ordered a bowl, it was disgusting, the rice was old, all the bowl was extremely salty, and the mix of ingredients was awful. I couldn't eat it even if I tried.
