NOT IN THE FOOD MALL!! IT'S LOCATED OUTSIDE!!!!! It's a pink store, which makes it easy to find. Order outside at their register. They have "indoor seating" with heaters and such, so if you come on a cold day, don't worry. Also can take the food to eat inside the food mall. Arrived on a Monday afternoon, and they were not busy. I was recommended one item, the Fried Chicken Sandwich (not their desserts, which I found surprising). FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICHIt was gigantic!!!!! They really give you plenty of chicken...like the entire thigh. Although it was like $17, it felt worth because the chicken is so much larger than the bun. They have slaw in it, plenty of sauce, which doesn't make it feel too dry. Breading sticks well to the chicken, super crispy, and stays crispy as you eat it. Definitely can share between 2 people! I was actually getting a little sick of all the chicken at the end...because they give so much!

The photos neatly speak for themselves! The sandwich is absolutely gigantic and for an amazing price. This is easy one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve had up and down the west coast if not the best! I highly recommend this spot and would gladly go again.

I got the barista since coffee and ice-cream is always a great combination. While the ice-cream itself was yummy, the cream puff was a little lacking in both flavor and texture. Others in line were ordering sandwiches so maybe that might be better. In any case, glad I tried. The portion was massive. ?P.S. A seagull very nearly bit off my cream puff but I fought it off. Another customer was not so fortunate and lost her cream puff. Ice-cream eater, beware. ?

Great location outside the market. Plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy any of their handheld or puffcream. Even got a nice covered area by the water if you prefer "indoor". Worth a try if you are visiting.

This place is a 'grammers dream; colourful and great marketing, and the food all looks amazing, but actually eating it was another story. I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, another person in my group got the regular fried chicken sandwich, and another got the falafel sandwich. The hot chicken sandwich had grease soaking through the bottom bun before it even got to the table, delivered by an indifferent server. It was impossible to eat and was VERY greasy. It came in 3 spice levels and when ordering, the staff advised me that the mild is quite spicy and they weren't wrong. I can handle heat and this definitely had a pretty heavy kick, so keep that in mind when ordering. The piece of chicken is enormous, so it's good bang for your buck I suppose, but it was also extremely salty. I had to eat it with a knife and fork and ended up picking a lot of the skin/breading off because it was so greasy. The regular chicken sandwich was similar but without the heat, and the person eating it also picked most of the skin off. The other person in our group enjoyed their falafel sandwich, and the fries were ok.
Cute little place for a cream puff stuffed with ice cream. Though I forgot to take a picture, I got the Turkish delight.

It's just a basic overpriced ice cream sundae spot surrounded with nuts topped with a stale puffs on the top and bottom. Cooland creative concept I admit, but it's just way too expensive in my opinion, even for a high tourist spot such as Granville Island.

Beautiful sunny day and perfect spot for lunch. Ordered fish & chips for my husband and I to share. Looked amazing when it came to the table. Sadly, it was so greasy and had zero seasoning on the fish. May have been an off day for the cook? All the seasoning they put on the French fries. Good taste on fries and unique. Would have been great to get some of that seasoning on the fish. Not good at all. Made up for the lack of taste with the puff cream for dessert. Now, THAT was good.

I don't usually leave reviews for establishments but this place ruined my family's day so I have to speak on it. First off, the boy taking the orders gave my wife a terrible attitude for no reason. This was our first time trying this place and already, it did not start off well.He handed my wife the buzzer to let us know when the food is ready. So me, the wife, and the kids decide to wait nearby. 25 minutes go by and the buzzer still hasn't gone off. My wife decides to go up to the till and to her surprise, the food was already ready. It was ready several minutes ago. She told them that the buzzer never went off and the same boy who took our order said that "oh it might be out of range". Like c'mon really? The worst part...the food. I got the chicken sandwich and I ended up throwing it. I would much rather eat a KFC big crunch or zinger over their sandwich and that says a lot. It was inedible. The sauce spilled everywhere and essentially disintegrated the wrap for the sandwich so my hands got all filthy with the sauce. The sandwich was greasy and not crunchy at all. I'm not one to throw food away but this sandwich left me no choice. My wife and kids got the burgers and they all said it was tasteless.First time going here and we will definitely not be going back. I hope they make it up to us somehow but I doubt they will.

ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. super juicy and crispy, with a really nice house made pickle. a bit pricey at $17, esp because it doesn't come with fries, but the line is short and the food comes fast which is more than you can ask for at Granville Island during the lunch rush.
