A very, very, very bad experience. What happened was that I ordered three drinks in the store today. As soon as I took them out, the cup of one of them cracked. In addition, I ordered Passion Fruit with ice cream, but The store gave me a lot of ice, and then drove me back for another 7 minutes to change. The store didn't say a word of apology the whole time, and kept saying it was not his fault. So I just want to ask, this series of questions are all mine. I'm leaving. When I was there, I wanted to ask him for an empty cup, because I was afraid that the cup would break again. He said an empty cup cost 0.25. I asked him what to do if the cup breaks again. He said, then buy a new cup yourself. This is not mine. Wrong ? OK, the problem is all the customer’s fault. Anyway, I won’t come again! This service is so abominable! ! Am I wrong to consume? I will never go to this store again in my life, and will share my extremely bad experience with my friends around me! ! !

Honestly I don’t want to give low star to the Alley, but my recent experience was disaster! I’ve got crunchy tiramisu. They didn’t mix the drink well and there was lots of big ice cubes in. Even some of them couldn’t come up from the straw!! I was chewing ice whole the time!!!

Just went there before close (15min prior) to get bubble tea. The guy was busy making some other drinks didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes - no hi how are you, “you know what you’re getting?” - I love brown sugar tea and they were out of the crunchy one - asked if he can just make me without crunchy…. Fair enough maybe it’s preset but the rudeness of the guy working there. So I said fine I’ll take the deerioca (however it’s spelled - does not have tea) - I always take mine half sugar less ice - he says it’s “fixed” and then annoyingly asks “you still want it?” … I just shook my head and said no, and left.Service is brutal by that guy - arrogant and rude (just the way he talks like he hates the world). Never going back because of that. Smile once in a while and be nice, especially to people who want to give you business.

We visited The Alley today bcz I love The Alley in United States. We ordered 2 crunchy strawberry milk tea. I usually get strawberry flavor bubble tea but this one was very milky even no strawberry flavor and there is a few boba inside like 4 maybe. So, I don’t think I’m gonna order again from here.
