This place was awesome, and the staff were great! We had a reservation in the back room and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole event. Highly recommend!

Hardcore tunes, massive pinball selection, all the good retro video games, 5.00 PBRs, in a dank basement location beneath an underrated historic hotel. This bar is pretty damn awesome.

An awesome and cozy spot! A little labyrinth of rooms, spaces, and corners. All sorts of arcade cabinets, classic bar games, a stack of board games in the corner, and retro consoles hooked up in the back and available for use with bo charge. The solarium out front adds a lovely balance in the mood for times when you want a bit of light while staying warm indoors.I'll definitely be back again soon

We hosted an “Anything but Clothes” birthday party at The Den Vancouver, and everything was perfect!Trevor was very helpful and responsive via email when we were organizing everything, and Ben and Jane were fantastic putting up with our party antics and holding down the bar on the night of the party.Every time we’ve been to The Den has been a great experience; there a plenty of options for games, the atmosphere is great, and the music was spot on for our tastes, whether through a playlist or the juke box. It’s as close as we can get to a basement hang out or house party without owning a home!

The most horrible hospitality received in downtown ever. Probably never decide to go there if you're planning to play arcade. Bad service and way above the sky attitude.

Great place to bring your gamet friends. Chill with some pinball, drinks. Get a table, and play some old school console games (nes, SNES, Sega and n64!Will bring more friends next time.Drinks are themed too!Check it out!

Games are pricey. $2 for one play, bring coins as the ATM will charge you $1 for every $10. Drinks are reasonable, great people, friendly and cool hole in the wall feeling.

It’s exactly how it describes itself on their website. Atmosphere is chill. Small but comforting game bar. Most coined games are pinball, but there are other games such as darts, skee-ball, 4 player battle pac man and a deer hunting game, a few other ones as well. You don’t have to pay for every game in the bar though. Sit at at table, have a beer with friends and there will be some sort of console already setup with either donated games from costumers or pre loaded game consoles, ready to go.Bar service is good. Pay as you go. No waiting service, you don’t need one anyway. Everything is close by. Bartenders are knowledgeable and their game inspired drinks are well made. They don’t have a kitchen (they can make a pizza pocket though ?), they make up for this by letting you bring in your own food, just order from Uber eats and have them deliver it there if need be.Overall: it was a Good Friday atmosphere between 6-12 P.M, not crazy busy. Regulars are friendly, music is greatest hits from 70’s-2010’s. the bar is not over the top and they don’t advertise to be. A nostalgic experience. Those days of drinking beer with your buddies in one of their parent’s basement. Playing games, and waiting for the pizza to show up.??
Good atmosphere and good people. Any place where you can order a beer while playing Goldeneye 64 is 5 star in my book.

One of the best places to play pinball in Vancouver. Their Simpsons Pinball Party is one of the best playing pinball machines I've ever played. Great relaxing vibe for drinks and chilling out.
