I tried to go there this past weekend. The restaurant was closed and no signs or information if it is a temporary or permanent closure. I had tried to call the phone number numerous times, but there was no answer.

This place is no longer open I don't know why Google has it advertised as opened I went three times two weeks ago they're completely closed they've been closed I think for almost a year I messaged them on Instagram to ask them if they're opened and they're not opened their telephone number doesn't even work Google needs to take this down and stop false advertising this restaurant once again they're closed.

I like Loft Lounge, always enjoyed my times there (even the ones I don’t remember too well). Jerk fries, Jerk main, Jerk wings - all good! but they really need to update their open hours because the last 2 times I’ve been there they’ve been closed when Google says they’re open.

I go to a place a few times before sending in a review: unfortunately each time I’ve come here I’ve had terrible service And my hot food was cold and my cold food was hot, I’d order drinks that never arrive at my table yet would appear on the check and the bar appears well stocked yet limes and such would be old and dried out. Ice has weird flakes in it. I don’t know. I was very disappointed over all each time.However I’m sure the food would have been delicious if made it to the table when at the proper temperature. The place never seemed that busy in the restaurant.Late lunch & a dinners

I don’t leave reviews often but this is the worst restaurant I’ve ever had.Servers look like they are below drinking limits, wings were smaller than my 2 fingers, drinks with no fresh ingredients, mistake after mistake with drinks, 40 min wait time.Please fix this restaurant since it’s a prime location. It deserves more from the ownership.

Went here for a birthday dinner on Sundayfor a party of 8, there was a $10 cover right away.. food was absolutely horrible. Ox tail was the size of a toonie. Rice and beans were extremely old. Plantain was way too thick. Almost everyone at the table left their plates untouched… jerk chicken wasn’t anything special either.. Jamaican patty was the only thing that sufficed, as I’m sure they were frozen and made to order.. drinks were sub par. Service… not great. Apparently they have good dancing/dj’s. But if you’re going to eat.. I’d skip. I’ve had amazing Jamaican food before and this.. this ain’t it.

I started this review while I was waiting for my food. I had been waiting for an hour and a half so I had plenty of time. All of our food arrived cold. The wings were dried up from over cooking and then left to sit to cool down. Truly terrible. Getting anything; another beer or cutlery to eat our food with was a struggle. Over half of the items on the menu that we tried to order they came back to our table and told us they were unavailable. This place has so much potential because the restaurant itself has a fantastic view and it's well decorated. Service and food though are probably the worst I have had in years

The food was mediocre. I had the vegetarian curry. The tofu was hard, and so were the chickpeas. The macaroni salad was bland. I would not recommend the place.Service was exeptionally slow, even though there weren't a lot of customers. The view was nice.Maybe a good place for a drink but not for food.
Waited an hour for chicken wings and two beef patties and didn’t receive them and left They didn’t even apologize! Don’t recommend this place if you’re hungry They don’t care about their customers.

I was blown away with how tasty the food was! I had the tofu Ackee dish and my friend had the jerk chicken. Both of us would highly recommend! Good value for money. Service a bit slow.

Went for the first time attending the BIPOC Meet and greet event on the weekend. Beautiful, open place with a killer view! Food was flavourful, but a little cold.

All the staff were very welcoming and attentive , we ordered jerk chicken meal and the jerk chicken salad it was delicious, our Heineken and corona were nice cold, the DJ was great! atmosphere and the view is amazing, We will be going back for sure.
