Music was quiet if not absent for extended periods of time, waitress didn't check in and let our drinks sit empty for 10+minutes. Fries in the spice bag were dry and lacking taste. Only redeeming quality was a nice pour of the

The atmosphere is lacking and service isn't the best. Beers are cheap though.

Great live music and drinks. Need to turn down the lighting for a better atmosphere. Too bright for a pub!

A reliable lovely and cozy bar. Been going here on and off for years. Happy to see it still operating.

My falafel burger was amazing but my friends' mac and cheese was just ok.

Great place. On Saturday night they have live music. The burger was great. The place is spacious and not crowded. Free parking on the street.

Very authentic feel to it. Older interior that seems original, not contrived. Neighbourhood place. The waitress seemed to know everyone.

Lovely cosy pub, I've had a mixed bag of good and grumpy servers in the past. Good bet selection too

Came in for lunch today and ordered the happy hour fish & chips. The food was terrible. One piece fish was almost all cold greasy batter and a stale small piece of fish in the center. It was tough to cut with a knife and felt like last night's fish re-cooked. Chips were cold and greasy, and I couldn't finish them or the fish. I would have sent them back, but my lunchtime was short, and I was hungry. Sorry, but I'm not likely to return here.

Guinness is always good. I also had a Guinness Stew, excellent. Server is very friendly and attentive. Will have to come back for their happy hours, but I live in northeast Vancouver, a long drive here, especially with Broadway Skytrain construction.

Nice old pup feel. Service was very slow with waitress who didn't much care but was on her own so there is that. Food was priced ok but greasy. Wouldn't go again except for drinks.

I ordered a homemade burger, and for the price, I expected a proper burger. Unfortunately, it was pretty normal. IMO, the burger itself was overcooked and not as juicy as it should have been. While I did enjoy it, I've had better burgers at chain restaurants for a lower price.

The fries were a real disappointment. They were chewy instead of crispy, which I didn’t like at all. I’d give the burger a 3.5/5 and the fries a 2/5. The presentation could have been better too—it felt like they just handed me the food without any creativity.

I’m not planning to order from them again, but I might try them in person one more time to see how it goes.

The live music is really fun and lively! We only got appetizers but they came out quickly and were delicious. Definitely recommend the chicken wings!
