Staff here usually are polite, but if you look at the area, it's understandable that the staff can be a little rough around the edges on courtesy . At night it's tight spaced due to the gates to seating being locked and closed. So you walk in, and everything is super confined . 5ft in each direction so it means you are uncomfortably close to others

This tim hortons is one of the crazy ones. At night, it is very busy and only one person works. There are lines whenever I go in, and they also need security because homeless people are always harassing the one person working behind the counter, and customers, also the lines, are really bad. It takes 15 minutes to just give order.

Never a smile or a greeting. Never listens to customers instructions and never a thank you. I used to go everyday, now their lucky I go once a month. Stopped spending money at businesses that don't care about their customers. Takes forever to just get a coffee and never order food because their board is always lit up in red meaning forget about getting food in a timely manner. Bathroom always out of order. Not impressed.

Not ganna lie some nights I want a little tea but this place is sketchy . And they should really make sure two or 3 people are working at night not just one

quite sure how it’s 1030 at night a place that’s open 24 hours can tell you they don’t have any food to serve. But it is absolutely ridiculous. The service here is atrocious, yes, the neighbourhood has its issues, but you cannot expect to say you’re open 24 hours a day and not have any food to serve. regardless of the fact that food, service standards, and Vancouver coastal Health say that if you want to serve food, you need to have a bathroom available. This place does not. Again fine when you consider the neighbourhood you’re in, but again food needs to be served.

Everything good just don't like junkies in Timmy's sitting and sleeping, found a bed bug left soon as I could. So tired of bed bugs can't sit on bus as well.
