Had wings at this place on a weekend afternoon before the pandemic. Not many customers. Got 2 orders of wings. Couldn't finish all the wings and when I asked the waitress for a lunch box so I could pack the leftovers to go, she told me that I would have to pay another 80 cents/wing to bring them home. I told her I paid the regular price for the wings, and I did order a couple of drinks. She checked with the manager and he confirmed that it was their policy to charge extra to have the wings to go and she couldn't give any reason for this charge other than it's their policy. Can someone please explain what is the reason for Wings to do this? Safe to say I have not been to any Wings since.

My teenage brother and his friends came here for wings and their waiter was super rude. They ordered wings by the pound and the waiter threatened that the boys would have to pay extra for takeout if they don’t finish their food (it was NOT all you can eat). After the boys finished their food my brother asked for a refill of his iced tea and apparently this place doesn’t do refills either. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone

called for a drink one night staff really friendly, called for breakfast next day. great, called for breakfast a few days later, a right dogs dinner. Chef had a hangover & it was all a bit hit & miss. Manager who had been great suddenly was a right grump. On whole though we enjoyed

Coming here on wing Wednesday is an absolute must!! Best prices and the wings are fantastic. Service can definitely be spotty, however we have never had a 'bad' time at wings!

This place has always had good wings and good atmosphere. I hadn't been here for years and recently went there for a big birthday party. Great friendly staff and everything was done well considering how busy they were and or large group!

Selection of wings is top notch! Depending when you go, it might be really loud. Tables can be a bit sticky too. Would go back and try some different wing flavours for sure.

I have coming to this location for happy hour wings for a couple of years, celebrating birthdays and graduation dinners there. The wings are tasty and stayed fairly consistent throughout the past visits. However, it seems like service has been declining a fair amount. I recently visited this establishment for a party and I am convinced I will not be revisiting this location for quite a while. There were only two waitresses during the happy hour period that were serving a bunch of customers. We had to wave them down or get them to notice us in order to get our orders taken. Not only that, one of my friend's order was forgotten and when she asked the male waiter/manager, he didn't even check and just told her the food is arriving and it turns out it wasn't even her order. She waited another 10-15 mins after everyone else received their plates of wings (and their second orders) to realize they didn't even place her order and she was one of the first to order the food 30-40 min prior to everyone. I think there's room for improvement in their service...I forgot something there and I made a call to them only 20 min after I left and asked if it's still there. The waitress kindly advise me that the item will remain there until I can pick it up which would be a weekend away. Fast forward to today, when I phoned in after work to see if they still have it, a man answered and quickly replied without hesitation "we don't have the item you lost, try calling the hotel for lost and found". (Didn't he even check? And I didn't even go to the hotel, why would it be there) I kindly asked him what's the hotel establishment called and he gave me the most disapproving response. (you work next door, you should know off the top of your head) After searching google maps, I followed up with the hotel establishment next to them and to my (not surprising) surprise they told me they aren't affiliated with the restaurant and none of their lost and found goes to them. Honestly, the lost item isn't even worth the struggle to recover and call back, but nonetheless, it's sad to see the service go down. The staffs used to seem friendly and welcoming. TLDR: good wings, mediocre service; had a hunch to call and check if item was still around, and was given unhelpful replies...someone probably took the item and used it. Oh well...my loss but a few lessons learned.

Although the Happy Hour specials are confusing, (two happy hour periods in a day, however the wings are only included in the daytime happy hour, during evening happy hour wings are full price) the wings are some of the best wings I've had in Vancouver! My server Cedric, was sensational, completely personalised the experience and always ensured my drink was full and plate full.

When the the budget is low and you're craving wings in downtown Vancouver the choice is pretty clear to me! Everyday from 2-6 wings are half off, but not so fast... you need to buy a drink too. It still works out cheaper but not by much. The wings are perfect and satisfy the craving but the garlic fries we got, not so much. I didn't expect loads of garlic that would scare off vampires around me but please let me taste some sort of garlic. There was a thin topping on it that seemed more on a tomato side though. So I guess they should call it tomato fries?
