I quickly discovered that using the washroom requires a code which means going to the counter barging into the line-up to beg for the code. In addition to being rude to customers this is a total waste of time for the staff. I normally love A&W but this was done without thought or care for customers. I won’t be going to this location again. Hopefully they come to their senses and remove the code panel so that future customers don’t have the same experience.

We have be going to the Shelborne A&W for burgers every Friday at noon for 4 years. The burgers and fries have always been good.But for the past 6 weeks our burgers have been stone cold, and today our burgers and fries were cold. Not too happy about spending $28 dollars for cold meals.

I ordered a Mama burger with cheese and lettuce not onion and pickles and I received a triple burger. I also ordered sweet potato fries and I didn’t get the chipotle sauce. It was blatantly obvious that the staff were not interested in customer service. Barely spoke to you, handed out my money with no comments. I really felt like I was a major inconvenience in their night. Not impressed!!

The food is okay like every other A&W but the service it’s very bad. We go there because it’s close from our house but the 3 times we’ve been there they always messed up something of our other. Two times we order yam fries and they gave us regular fries and this last time we went we order the BLT chicken burger and they gave us a chicken burger only with lettuce ???? They really don’t care or pay attention to the orders.I hope they change that but we are never going to that A&W again. Lesson pretty much learned.

A&W has GREAT burgers (albeit pricy compared to the Mcdonald's across the street). A&W has GREAT service: when I was in last, the cleaning staff noticed I was wanting to use the restroom and kindly informed me when they were available post-sanitation. The Atmosphere is a little weird since it is usually quite empty, as most people use the drive-thru.Parking: A&W shares parking with a grocery store/strip mall, so there are plenty of spaces.
