Check in time is listed as 3pm , I arrived at 415 and was told my room was not available. I was told to wait 20 minutes, and offered a voucher for a drink in the bar. Manager came out , gave me a different room. More than one person at the desk would alivaite line ups. Just really poor customer service, I will not be back
The hotel was busy and that’s probably why we paid >$250 for a room. Was NOT a $200/night quality hotel. Thin walls, basic amenities. The obnoxious thing was despite how busy it was they seem to have only one guy on for check in, phones, reservations, room issues. He was lovely and working really hard but lines were long. Ignore all the reviews from before this year. They had me very nervous. This place has been completely updated with new bathrooms, beds, carpets, furniture, etc. They were still working on the lobby but even with construction it was quiet and a very pleasant stay. The bed was super comfortable and they had a choice of either soft or firm down pillows, as well as standard fill ones. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
