This McDonalds has failed me many times. First, during COVID, the workers never wore masks, then second, while waiting in the drive thru, the person did not take our order but instead could be heard talking to the other workers through the speaker. Upon arrival at the pay window, the worker did not even know we were trying to order. The resulting McRib I ordered turned out to be rubber, bbq sauce and bread in a sandwich. Food was not good. The service is horrible, PERIOD. I do not recommend unless you want to have your money wasted. I might get food poisoning from the rubber sandwich. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR REVIEW IF I COULD.Please hope that I will not get food poisoning

I just can't give McDonalds super high marks for food. It's fast food.. :)The coffee shop Urban Cup I wanted to go to was super busy. We would have a 30 minute wait for brunch and we just didn't want to do that. We decided to hop across the road to McDonalds. We were presented with a nice clean and quiet atmosphere, coffee was decent and my daughter enjoyed they pancakes. We didn't feel rushed and had a nice catch up.

Great place to study. electrical plugs are at most tables so that you can charge your devices, table side service is nice too. Can be a bit loud at times, but ear plugs or headphones help.

Can’t say too much about the atmosphere from the drive through. Service is timely. However very disappointed to have ordered a sweet chilli wrap meal that had no chicken in it and was very poorly made. Very sad to get home after a long day and not have a proper meal.
4 stars in the context of McDonald's dining. One of the better few in Victoria.

Mc Donals Canada has usually the best coffee for the value hands down! However the Cedar Hill Location is one consistent exception to this rule. If you want fresh coffee that tastes amazing for the price go to any McDonald’s anywhere but here at Cedar Hill.

My wife got a Sweet chili Thai crispy chicken mcwrap and I had a poutine. The mcwrap was half tortilla shell and no chicken and my poutine was barely warm. Overall disappointing visit. It will be awhile before we go back to this location.Parking: There is a big parking lot which is great, but it's also the most non-leveled parking lot in the city.
