Good food but I was shocked that they didn’t have a high chair. Was offered a booster seat with no strap. Um a 7 month old baby can’t sit on that. The person working was kind of taken a back when we asked for a high chair. We have been to many restaurants and pubs and this is the first time I’ve been somewhere that didn’t have a high chair or something else as an option.

Ordered wings with a friend and they were way overcooked, dry and mildly seasoned. Probably the worst wings I've had from a restaurant. It wasn't very busy yet our server took a long time to acknowledge us. We made the mistake of ordering a second round of wings cause we thought they would be better, but no they were instead worse the second time around. I would not recommend eating here

It was the first time that my family and I went to this place and the truth is that I have eaten better in other places and paying the same for a menu with similar characteristics to the ones we were given here. The food arrived at the table very cold. The Benny eggs are a disaster, I think they have no idea what Benny eggs are, they were hard-boiled eggs with a sauce on top, and I didn't like the attention of the staff at all.The hamburger was good, for this reason I give it 2 stars.Obviously we will not come back here.I want to thank Mr. Douglas Harrison for his apology and his concern. He invited us back to his restaurant to show us that they were capable of making a menu that lived up to what we expected. We decided to go back and give them this opportunity, and really everything has been in perfect condition. Thank you! We will go again. For this reason, I have decided to change the 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Douglas Harrison!

Bland and WAY overpriced. 1 “pound” of wings = 8 very small wings. And for $15?Won’t be back. Looking at other reviews I can see others have had a similar bad experience. Plenty of other restaurants who did it better for the price.

My wife booked our reservation online through OpenTable and when we got there we found out they were closed. The restaurant is being turned into another business.

Dont buy anything from here if you have a time crunch, and definitely don’t order the steak sandwich. I imagined that I would be served a normal, traditional, SLICED steak sandwich but was instead met with an uncut steak on a piece of bread. I don’t really understand how someone could serve this and call it a steak sandwich, because this was simply a piece of steak on a slice of toast. Once I asked for another slice of bread, I had to wait about 15 minutes for it. For a slice of bread. Keep in mind that I had a time crunch. And they took this long just to bring me a slice of bread. Too add a little insult to injury on both sides, the uncut steak was tough as all hell. Coleslaw was Aight considering it was the only thing actually adding flavour to the steak.

I had a dinner date with my boyfriend at Original Joe’s today. It was my first time! The service was really amazing, vibe of the restaurant was good too. Fries and snacks were good, drinks were decent,my bf had beef dip which he thought was alright however the grilled cheese (vegetarian option) was not what I expected it to be. It lacked flavour and had weak taste. I was expecting an amazing cheese filled, impossible patty in a delicious sandwich (it was called burger - $21.50).I am not at all upset with my experience in the restaurant, because the servers, bartender and chef did their best. I just hope next time I visit I get to eat a delicious meal. Thank you!

We used to be regulars here but the inability of the staff to provide critical thinking skills to any situation left us frustrated and appalled multiple times. They look like deer caught in a headlight most of the time with few exceptions. The food sucks, is over cooked and barely edible. Why anyone would order food here is incomprehensible. Don’t waste your time. There are so many better restaurants with staff who actually want to serve customers. Try Maude Hunters or Monkey Tree for a pub with decent food and nice servers.
This location used to be good, in the last year or so it has just turned to garbage every time ordering food it’s scorched fries are dry and or hallow and tastes burnt and horrible due to scorching or not being blanched first, either way the reasoning behind they should not be putting out food like this to customers, hence why I’m reviewing. Taste your food chef. Chicken scorched not over cooked just burnt all the spices so nothing but the taste of burnt Cajun very over powering, chicken wings were like eating chicken jerky off the bone, inedible again taste your food. If your incapable of being a chef pick a different career. Sorry for the raw review but this is almost every time we Order from this place. And fyi I am not a picky eater. If I could give less than one star I would. Bruschetta is always on point tho.

The food is always terrific. Our server, Rachael was great and made us feel welcome. We had the crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings and brown rice. My colleague had the Ace Burger. We cleaned our plates. Cant wait to visit again.

Had to wait to be seated as nobody was at the front door to greet us, they seated us in a table for 6 when only 2 of us which was weird as they had a lot of tables for 2 available. The drinks they served were cold so that's a bonus.I ordered the poutine and my wife ordered the pulled pork and the French fries were cooked but soggy.Either than that it was okay.

Ordered the teriyaki bowl for takeout, was thoroughly underwhelmed. It was made incorrectly with chicken and had to be returned. A discount was not offered and when asked only 10% was taken off. The meal ended up being 95% rice and only 5% undercooked soggy vegetables. The teriyaki was basically just salt with no other flavour. Poor service and worse food.
