Everyone was very attentive product was great. We didn't know what sizes actually look like before we ordered. Maybe if there was a cup size display on something like that but it was relaxing place to have a coffee.

This Starbucks, in particular the drive through as I never go inside, consistently has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Kind, friendly, empathetic and skilled at their job workers. I often refer with my other business owner friends to "Starbucks their training model" with their employees to attempt to have workers that effective. Kudos to the hiring manager and training manager.

This is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in ….. 18 mins from start of drive thru to drink in hand. That’s unreal. I’ll never come back to this location

First World problem I know. When will I be able actually get a hot regular coffee? It's a 50/50 chance that a Starbucks coffee will be above luke warm. Tim Horton's is always hot. Maybe I'm stupid to think that Starbucks Coffee actually knows how to serve hot coffee.

They changed the pos machine in the drive thru and did not warn people before they tap their card. When you try to tap it actually ends up tapping a large tip amount (my bill was 40% more, 11$ for a 5.75$ coffee!!) And they don't say anything, just let you double your bill without realizing until after you paid. Scam honestly. I come here before work often and I feel ripped off, they have never had tip options on the pos machine and when it added the tip that I obviously did not touch the guy said nothing. Really frustrating and a total scam honestly and they won't void the payment.

The evening employee Kenny is the best human on earth today. She helped me get a last minute emergency coffee for my sick mother. She was more than delightful the entire time and is a perfect example of excellent customer service, she deserves recognition. Thank you Kenny, my mom appreciated the latte very much!
