My ice cap cuo had grease all over it. I have sensory issues and it was disgusting to feel the oily cup when it supposed to be a normal feeling cup. The women also called out a jalapeño bagel when she only had my ice capp in her hand... she had to walk to the back and try again wasting my time and everyone else's time while it was busy...

I just wanted to shoutout Josh from this location. Yesterday, one of his co-workers mis-heard me in the drive through (and tbh wasn’t very kind about it and was certain I ordered wrong… I can hear you even in my car lol). I was charged for food I didn’t order and the total was $$$. After I tapped my card, I realized the order was wrong. Josh did the MOST for me. The register machine wouldn’t refund me and Josh was willing to try everything before alternative options (like a gift card). Josh + the co-worker with a beard… legends! Your costumer service skills are top-notch and deserve some recognition.

There was a mix-up with our order, and despite our request, the server was unwilling to correct it. We ordered one medium and one small tea, but received two smalls instead. Her attitude was disappointing, leaving us hesitant to even give a one-star rating.
If you have an online order in the middle of the rush it’s still a priority my wrap came soggy and falling apart because they rushed making my order… a lovely cashier came and checked because she noticed. Sometimes it’s good if you get in there before the rush but if you don’t stick to donuts. Spent 10 bucks on food that’s falling apart, and the wedges aren’t full very disappointing.
